Objective: To summarize the disease characteristics and clinical treatment experience of patients with wind-heat urticaria by collecting and analyzing the medical records of114 inpatients diagnosed with wind-heat urticaria phenotype, and to provide reference for clinical treatment of this disease.Materials and methods: The medical records of patients with wind-heat phenotype urticaria hospitalized in the dermatology ward of Fengtian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to December 2021 were collected, including general information(name, gender, age, actual length of stay, etc.),solar terms of morbidity, accompanying symptoms, inductions, previous disease history, allergy history, laboratory examination, traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, etc.According to the nattering standard, the data were normalized collated,Excel was used to establish the database,IBMSPSSStatistics25.0 software system was used for cluster analysis of the data, frequency analysis,chi-square test and Wilcoxon rank sum test were used for statistical analysis of the data collected.P < 0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Results:1.Basic information:Among the 114 patients,35 were male and 79 were female, with a male to female ratio of about 3:7.The youngest was 23 years old,the oldest was 78 years old,and the average age was 46.00±12.72 years old.The shortest hospital stay was 7 days, the longest was 20 days, the average hospital stay was 13.14±2.59 days.2.Among the incidence seasons, summer is the high incidence season.23 cases(20.17%)in spring;37 cases(32.45%)in summer;24 cases(21.05%)in autumn; In winter,30 cases(26.31%)were reported.64 patients(56.14%)had no obvious predisposing factors,21patients(18.42%)had allergic history, and 49 patients(42.98%)had other diseases.3.Laboratory examination : All 114 patients underwent routine examination on admission, and 21 patients did not undergo lipid examination, including 15 patients with increased eosinophil count,10 patients with increased white blood cell count,8 patients with increased neutrophil count,5 patients with abnormal kidney function,14 patients with abnormal liver function,42 patients with increased total Ig E,39 patients with abnormal blood lipids,6 patients with increased immunoglobulin G,3 patients with increased complement C3.23 cases of abnormal urine routine.4.The statistical treatment methods in this study include traditional Chinese medicine decoction, acupuncture therapy, acupuncture bloodletting, oral antihistamines,Western medicine static point therapy, etc.A total of 114 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine decoction were recorded, involving 153 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine. The total frequency of use was 2226 times, among which 27 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were used more than 30 times. The main drugs were cold(1093 times(49.10%)),followed by warm(651 times(29.25%),calm drugs accounted for 17.52%,cool drugs(4.04)and hot drugs(0.09%).The medicinal properties were mostly sweet, followed by bitter and hot.The main drugs were tonifying deficiency and clearing heat, followed by relieving surface.A total of 5 groups of drugs were obtained by cluster analysis.5.Characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine therapy:Among the 114 patients in this study,104 patients used acupuncture and moxibustion,105 patients used bloodletting therapy, with a maximum of 5 points and a minimum of 2 points.6.Western medicine treatment:All 114 patients received static drugs, including vitamin C injection in 83 cases, calcium gluconate injection in 78 cases, compound glycyrrhizin injection in 54 cases, and BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection in 18 cases. There were only 60 cases of Cetirizine hydrochloride tablets as oral western medicine.Wet compress therapy(triamcinolone injection, gentamicin injection, lidocaine injection)was used in 13 patients.7.Efficacy evaluation : Of the 114 patients investigated in this study,28 were cured;Obvious effect in 70 cases;16 cases improved;0 cases were invalid, and the significant efficiency was 93.86%.Conclusion:1.In this study, the incidence of apoplexy febrile urticaria in females was higher than that in males. The age of onset of this disease is 51-60 years old and occurs in summer.2.Most patients with wind-heat urticaria had no obvious predisposing factors.3.In this study, the commonly used Chinese medicines for the treatment of wind-heat attack phenotype urticaria included Nepeta sinensis, parsnips, honeysuckle, dandelion, cicada slua, poria coia, atractylodes atractylodes and salviorrhiza miltiorrhiza.4.The combination of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of wind-heat-induced urticaria has a significant effect, and the FIIQ score of patients at discharge was significantly lower than that at admission, with a significant efficiency of93.86%.
