Research On The Rules Of Acupuncture For The Treatment Of Oculomotor Nerve Paralysis And Professor Zuo Tao's Experience Summar

Purpose:Search all major Chinese databases,explore the characteristics and rules of acupuncture point selection for oculomotor nerve paralysis,explore the potential common acupoint combinations and new acupoint combinations,and summarize and analyze Professor Zuo Tao’s academic thoughts,clinical thoughts,acupuncture point selection,and clinical medical records on the treatment of oculomotor nerve paralysis by sorting out and mining the literature of acupuncture treatment for oculomotor nerve paralysis in the past decade,and summarize the effective plan for the treatment of this disease,To provide guidance and help for better treatment of this disease.Material and method:1.Literature research: use the CNKI database,Wanfang database,and Vip database to search the relevant literature on acupuncture treatment of oculomotor nerve paralysis from 2011 to 2022,screen the documents that meet the criteria according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,establish a database,conduct frequency statistics on the meridian of acupuncture points that retain the literature,use SPSS software to conduct data mining analysis on high-frequency acupuncture points,and use cluster analysis,According to the Pearson correlation coefficient,the top three core acupoint combinations were ranked.Finally,the selection rules of oculomotor nerve paralysis were discussed and summarized.2.Experience summary: Through the study with the teacher during the master’s degree,we will visit and exchange with the tutor,summarize the academic thought of the tutor in the treatment of oculomotor nerve paralysis,screen out the clinical classic medical cases,and deeply explore the treatment ideas and methods of the tutor in the treatment of oculomotor nerve paralysis.Results:1.Totally 90 acupoints were counted in this study.The commonly used acupoints are Zanzhu,Sun,Yangbai,Hegu,Jingming,Sibai,Sizhukong,Zusanli,Fengchi,and Yuyao.2.The meridians involved in the treatment of ONP by acupuncture are sorted by the frequency of use from high to low,and the top 5 are Zu Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian,Foot Sun Bladder Meridian,Zuyang Ming Gastric Meridian,Hand Shaoyang Sanjiao Meridian and Hand Yangming Large Intestine Meridian.3.According to the cluster analysis results,eight core acupoint combinations are obtained.According to the Pearson correlation coefficient,the top three acupoint combinations are Shenmai-Zhaohai,Zusanli-Sanyinjiao,Hegu-Taichong.The result of association rule analysis shows that Hegu,Yangbai,Sun and Zanzhu are the core acupoint combinations.4.Through summary,it is concluded that Professor Zuo Tao,based on the theory of collateral disease as the diagnosis and treatment idea,treated according to syndrome differentiation,grasped the main symptoms,mainly treated with acupuncture,combined with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and other therapies,and treated according to syndrome differentiation,which has a practical and considerable effect in the clinical treatment of this disease.Conclusion:1.Through cluster analysis and correlation analysis of acupoints,three groups of acupoint combinations are obtained: Shenmai-Zhaohai,two,one viscera and one viscera,one yin and one yang,one ascending and one descending,and the use of each other,so as to regulate and balance yin and yang;Zusanli-Sanyinjiao,both of which belong to the combination of external and internal meridians,have the functions of supplementing qi and nourishing yin,strengthening spleen and tonifying deficiency;Hegu-Taichong,Hegu is the original point of the large intestine channel of the hand Yangming,and Taichong is the original point of the liver channel of the foot Jueyin.The two points match,and have the effect of activating blood circulation,removing blood stasis and unblocking collaterals.It can be considered as a new combination of acupoints for the treatment of this disease in line with the clinical routine diagnosis and treatment of this disease.2.The correlation drug pairs and acupoint combinations obtained by the estimation and analysis of literature data are the common degrees of Professor Zuo Tao in the treatment of this disease,and the treatment method of the disease mechanism is also consistent with Professor Zuo Tao’s basic pathogenesis and diagnosis and treatment ideas of the disease,and has a certain correlation with the data analysis results.
