Research On Professor Guo Zhenwu's Clinical Experience In Treating Lung Diseases Based On Data Minin

Objective: By sorting out the cases of Professor Guo Zhenwu’s treatment of pulmonary diseases in outpatient department,with the help of SPSS system,using statistical methods such as frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis,the law of medication was analyzed and summarized,and the clinical experience of Professor Guo Zhenwu in treating pulmonary diseases was summarized,so that the experience of famous Chinese medicine practitioners could be passed on.Methods:We collected 279 prescriptions of Professor Guo Zhenwu for treating 143 patients with pulmonary diseases in the Chinese Medicine Hall and Tiexi Clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,including 123 kinds of Chinese medicines.Input the original data into Excel,and use Excel,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 and IBM SPSS Statistics 24 to make frequency statistics on the drugs,efficacy,four qi,five flavors and meridian tropism used by Professor Guo Zhenwu in treating 143 patients with pulmonary diseases and 279 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,analyze the association rules between drugs,and make cluster analysis on drugs.To further explore and summarize Professor Guo Zhenwu’s medication rule and clinical experience in treating pulmonary diseases.Results:1.According to statistics,among the 279 cases collected,the most frequently treated diseases in TCM are cough,asthma,lung distension,lung cancer and asthma.The diseases of western medicine are bronchial asthma,chronic bronchitis,acute bronchitis,pulmonary nodules,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,acute upper respiratory tract infection,lung cancer,pneumonia and bronchiectasis in turn;The top ten symptoms in TCM statistics are cough,expectoration,itchy throat,poor sleep,cough aggravated at night,sticky white phlegm,sore throat,wheezing,anorexia and fatigue.The syndrome statistics are as follows: phlegm-heat blocking the lung,wind-evil attacking the lung,lung qi stagnation,phlegm blocking the lung,liver-fire invading the lung,lung-qi deficiency and kidney deficiency.2.123 Chinese herbal medicines ranked the top ten in frequency statistics,followed by Gastrodia elata,Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch,Massa Medicata Fermentata,Crataegus pinnatifida,Crataegus oxyphylla,Ziziphus Spinosae Seed,Lonicera japonica Thunb,Lysimachia christinae,Bitter Almond and Ginkgo biloba.3.123 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,the top five drug efficacy frequency statistics are expectorant and antitussive,digestion-relieving,exterior-relieving,heat-clearing and deficiency-tonifying.According to the statistics of drug four-gas frequency,it is warm,flat,cold,cool and hot;According to the statistics of the frequency of five drugs,they are sweet,bitter,pungent,sour,salty and astringent.The top five statistics of drug meridian tropism frequency are lung meridian,liver meridian,stomach meridian,spleen meridian and heart meridian.Among them,the use of cold drugs is Professor Guo Zhenwu’s characteristic in treating pulmonary diseases.4.123 association rules between Chinese herbs,when the number of support is set to160 and the confidence is 0.90,the top five drug combinations are burnt malt-> burnt medicated leaven;Coke divine comedy-> coke malt;Ephedra-> bitter almond;Burnt hawthorn-> burnt malt;Burned malt-> burnt hawthorn.5.123 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines are based on association rules.When the number of support is set to 160 and the confidence is 0.90,it is concluded that the commonly used drugs Jiao Sanxian and Glycyrrhiza uralensis are deleted from 13 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines.When the support is set to 60% and the confidence is 95%,the drug combination is Ziziphus Spinosae Seed-> Gastrodia elata.Lysimachia christinae-> honeysuckle;Bitter almond-> honeysuckle;Gastrodia elata->Ziziphus jujuba seed;Honeysuckle-> gastrodia elata.6.279 prescriptions were analyzed by cluster analysis,and four core prescriptions were obtained: C1: burnt medicated leaven,burnt malt and burnt hawthorn;C2: Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,Rhizoma Gastrodiae;C3: Cynanchum stauntonii,Ginkgo biloba and Chelidonium majus;C4: Herba Ephedrae,Semen Armeniacae Amarum,Herba Lysimachiae Christinae,Flos Magnoliae,Folium Mori,Flos Lonicerae,Herba Menthae and Radix Glycyrrhizae.Conclusion : 1.Professor Guo Zhenwu likes to use cold-cooling drugs according to the theory of "cold-cooling school" when treating pulmonary diseases.2.Professor Guo Zhenwu is especially good at using Jiao Sanxian to protect the spleen and stomach when treating lung diseases.3.The core drugs are Massa Medicata Fermentata,Fructus Hordei Germinatus,Fructus Crataegi,Rhizoma Gastrodiae,Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Flos Lonicerae,Herba Lysimachiae Christinae,Semen Armeniacae Amarum,Semen Ginkgo,Flos Magnoliae,Herba Ephedrae,and Herba Chelidonii,which have the functions of dispersing lung qi,relieving cough and asthma,clearing heat,calming and nourishing liver.4.Professor Guo Zhenwu is good at nourishing lung qi and nourishing yin in treating lung diseases.
