| Purpose:The purpose of this study is to use data mining technology to summarize the drug use rules in the clinical literature of acute attack of chronic bronchitis,select the drug pairs with the highest degree of association rules,and use network pharmacology to analyze their potential targets and mechanisms of action in the treatment of chronic bronchitis,in order to provide some ideas and methods for the treatment of acute attack of chronic bronchitis with traditional Chinese medicine.Research methods:Select the documents in the electronic journal databases of CNK1,Vip and Wanfang in the past 20 years,extract the relevant documents and establish the database,import the information of traditional Chinese medicine into Excel,use SPSS Modelerl8.0 and SPSS Statistics26.0 software to carry out frequency,correlation and cluster analysis of the target traditional Chinese medicine,and analyze its treatment principles and methods,drug compatibility and prescription rules.Take the drug pair(group)with the highest degree of correlation analysis and use network pharmacology to explore its potential target and possible mechanism of action.Result:1.A total of 203 prescriptions were included,involving 147 drugs,and the total cumulative frequency of use was 2287;A total of 49 traditional Chinese medicines were used more than 10 times;The most frequently used drugs were antipyretic drugs,followed by antitussive,expectorant and antiasthmatic drugs;The four gases are mainly cold;Bitter taste accounts for the largest proportion of the five flavors;The frequency of entering lung meridian is the highest,followed by stomach meridian.2.Association rule analysis:among the two associations,liquorice-pinellia ternate has the highest support and pinellia-ginger has the highest confidence;Among the three associations,Pinellia ternate-Poriacocos-Glycyrrhiza uralensis has the highest support;Pinellia ternate-white mustard-tuckahoe has the highest confidence.3.Cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs can be divided into four categories:Category 1:Schisandra,Asarum,and Ephedra;Category 2:Almond,Gualou,Scutellaria baicalensis,Sangbai,Houttuynia cordata,and Fritillaria thunbergii;The third category:Aster,winter flower,platycodon grandiflorus,white front,and loquat leaves;The fourth category:purple perilla seeds,white mustard seeds,tangerine peel,Poria cocos,Pinellia ternata,and licorice.4.There are a total of 92 active ingredients in "Almond,Gualou,Scutellaria baicalensis,Mulberry white bark,Houttuynia cordata,and Fritillaria thunbergii",with a total of 217 target proteins corresponding to chemical components.Obtain 1392 disease target proteins.There are 88 target genes that intersect between drugs and diseases.The top five core components of the new formula for treating CB are quercetin,kaempferol,baicalin β-Sitosterol and stigmasterol.The core targets are TP53,AKT1,IL6,CASP3,JUN,VEGFA,IL1B,PTGS2,MYC,MMP9.The enrichment results of pathways include AGE-RAGE signaling pathway,cancer pathway,inflammation pathway,and antiviral infection pathway.Conclusion:1.The drugs used to treat acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis include cough relieving,phlegm resolving,and asthma relieving drugs,deficiency tonifying drugs,and heat clearing drugs;Cold drugs are the most common;Bitter taste;The meridians are mostly attributed to the lung,spleen,and stomach meridians;When treating,the main treatment is to clear heat,promote lung function,and relieve cough and phlegm.The new formulas obtained from cluster analysis provide literature support for the treatment of phlegm heat obstructing lung syndrome,external cold and internal yin syndrome,and phlegm dampness obstructing lung syndrome in the acute episode of chronic bronchitis.2.It is speculated that the new prescription may use quercetin,kaempferol,baicalin βVarious active ingredients such as sitosterol act on key and important targets such as TP53,AKT1,IL-6,and treat chronic bronchitis by regulating various signaling pathways such as AGE-RAGE signaling pathway,cancer pathway,inflammation pathway,and antiviral infection.They are closely related to anti-inflammatory,regulatory cell proliferation,apoptosis,and immune regulation. |
