Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of acupuncture assisted caudal anesthesia in the prevention of urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoids surgery. Methods: In this study,100 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who underwent sacral anesthesia in the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected. They were divided into control group and observation group by random sampling method,with50 cases in each group.Eight acupoints(Zhiban,Yinlingquan,Sanyinjiao,Zhongji,Bladeshu,Guanyuan,Shuiquan and Zusanli)were selected and intervened for 30 minutes. The incidence of postoperative urinary retention, the first postoperative autonomous urination time, postoperative urination volume and perioperative safety indicators of the two groups were observed.Changes in heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and incidence of postoperative complications.Results:1.The two groups were compared in terms of age, gender and disease duration, and the results showed that the differences between the groups were significant(P> 0.05),and the two groups were comparable.2.The two groups were compared in terms of the incidence of urinary retention in postoperative patients, and the results showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).3.The HR level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at T 3 to T 4(P <0.05),and the SBP and DBP were significantly lower than the control group at T2(P <0.05);the HR,SBP and DBP levels between the other time points(P> 0.05).4.The two groups were compared in terms of postoperative nausea, vomiting and pain, and the results showed significant differences(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture treatment can effectively prevent the occurrence of urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoids, reduce the incidence of urinary retention, shorten the time of the first postoperative urination, improve the first postoperative urination condition to a certain extent, and reduce the anxiety of patients.2.Acupuncture points can make the intraoperative hemodynamic changes more stable, and can also reduce the incidence of postoperative nausea, vomiting and pain.3.The trial has proved that the use of acupuncture therapy to prevent urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoids is not only effective, but also extremely safe,Simple and easy operation, low cost, with clinical application value, suitable for promotion and use. |
