Clinical Observation On Chaixian Danting Decoction In The Treatment Of Unstable Angina Pectoris Combined With Hyperlipidemia And Phlegm-heat And Blood Stasis Syndrom

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of Chaixian Danting Decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with hyperlipidemia phlegm-heat stasis syndrome,and to provide new ideas for the TCM treatment of unstable angina pectoris with hyperlipidemia phlegm-heat stasis syndrome.Methods: Sixty-four subjects were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The treatment group was treated with Chaixian Danting Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment cycle was 6 weeks.Collect the relevant data of each subject before and after treatment,including the changes of angina pectoris symptom score,TCM syndrome score,ECG,nitroglycerin dosage,blood lipid series(total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein,highdensity lipoprotein)and other indicators of each patient before and after treatment,and perform statistical analysis through statistical software.Results: Of the 64 patients included in this trial,2 patients in the treatment group dropped out due to irregular medication,and 2 patients in the control group dropped out due to loss of contact.A total of 4 patients were removed and dropped out.Finally,60 patients were observed,30 patients in each group.By statistical analysis,we obtain1.The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group before and after the treatment,and the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05);2.The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after the treatment of angina pectoris symptoms;3.The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group before and after the treatment of TCM syndrome scores,and the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05);4.The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after the treatment of TCM syndrome efficacy,and the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05);5.The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after the treatment of ECG efficacy,and the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05);6.The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after the treatment of nitroglycerin withdrawal rate,and the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05);7.The blood lipid series(including TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C)of the two groups were better than those of the control group before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),none of the included patients presented with adverse reactions.Conclusion: 1.Chaixian Danting Decoction combined with western medicine can improve the symptoms of angina pectoris in patients with unstable angina pectoris complicated with hyperlipidemia and phlegm-heat stasis syndrome,significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score,reduce the use of nitroglycerin,reduce the TC,TG and LDL-C levels,and increase the HDL-C level,and the efficacy is superior to the control group treated with western medicine alone.2.Chaixian Danting Decoction was safe to take,and no adverse reactions occurred during the observation period.
