Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Functional Anorectal Pain Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome With Electroacupuncture Of Dong's Extraordinary Points Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Sitz Bat

Objective : To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture at Dong’s unique point combined with Shugang Antong Prescription in the treatment of functional anorectal pain.Methods :120 patients were randomly divided into electroacupuncture group(40 cases),traditional Chinese medicine group(40 cases)and combination group(40 cases).The electroacupuncture group adopted electroacupuncture at Dong’s unique point(the selected points were:Qimen point,Qijiao point,Qizheng point,Linggu point,Dabai point,Changmen point).The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine hip bath of Shugang Antong Prescription,and the combined group was treated with electroacupuncture at Dong’s unique point and combined with Shugang Antong Prescription traditional Chinese medicine hip bath.VAS score,SAS score,SDS score,SF-36 quality of life scale score,anorectal manometry,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the three groups of patients were used as evaluation indicators.Results : The total clinical effective rate of the combined group was84.21%,which was significantly higher than 62.85% in the electroacupuncture group(P<0.05)and 43.24% in the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05);After treatment,the VAS score,SAS score,SDS score and anorectal manometry score of the three groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the SF-36 quality of life scale score was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score,SAS score,SDS score and anorectal manometry score of the combined group were significantly lower than those of the electroacupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05),and the SF-36 quality of life scale score was higher than those of the electroacupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05);There were no significant side effects and related complications in the three groupsConclusion :The clinical effect of electroacupuncture at Dong’s unique point combined with Shugang Antong Prescription and traditional Chinese medicine sit bath in the treatment of functional anorectal pain is remarkable.It can effectively relieve the pain of anorectal part,relieve the abnormal spasm and contraction of pelvic floor muscles,and significantly improve the adverse emotions such as sensitivity,anxiety,depression and restlessness.It was clinically proved to be safe and reliable without side effects and related complications.
