In recent years,with the rapid development of rehabilitation robot technologies,upper limb rehabilitation robots are widely used in the rehabilitation training of patients with upper limb dysfunction.Upper limb rehabilitation robots change the traditional passive rehabilitation training mode into active rehabilitation training mode,provide mandatory and repetitive rehabilitation training for patients,and improve the efficiency of rehabilitation treatment and effectively promotes the rehabilitation of upper limb dysfunction.Aiming at the problem that the upper limb rehabilitation robots in the current researches can’t meet the functional and aesthetic needs of users,this paper analyzes the functional and modeling design elements of the upper limb rehabilitation robot by using the research method of Kano model and kansei engineering,and designs an upper limb rehabilitation robot that meets the functionality,ease of use,comfort and aesthetics of users,so as to improve the users’ sense of experience and satisfaction.Firstly,this paper sums up the problems existing in the upper limb rehabilitation robots,and summarizes the appropriate design points and theories by reading and combing the relevant literatures,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the design of the upper limb rehabilitation robot;Secondly,through the comprehensive analysis and investigation of users,this paper has an in-depth understanding of the behavior characteristics of users in the use of upper limb rehabilitation robots,so as to construct the user portrait and user behavior journey map,more deeply obtain the user needs,and use Kano model to classify the user needs and analyze the user satisfaction.Combining with the category hierarchy method,the user requirements are decomposed to obtain the functional design elements of the upper limb rehabilitation robot,so as to provide reference for the functional design of the upper limb rehabilitation robot;Thirdly,through the application of relevant theories and methods of kansei engineering,the perceptual needs of users for the modeling of upper limb rehabilitation robot are obtained,the modeling design characteristics of typical samples are extracted,and the design principles are put forward;Finally,the design practice of upper limb rehabilitation robot is carried out from two aspects of appearance modeling and interactive interface,and the optimal design scheme is obtained by combining analytic hierarchy process,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the research method.To sum up,this paper further improves the research method of upper limb rehabilitation robot modeling design on the basis of user analysis,solves the problem that previous research ignores users’ perceptual needs,verifies the feasibility of applying kansei engineering design method and process to upper limb rehabilitation robot modeling design,and provides a new idea and method for upper limb rehabilitation robot modeling design. |
