Evaluation Of The Efficacy Of T2DM Management Under The Joint Care Model And Analysis Of The Efficacy Of Xuesetong Soft Capsules In T2DM Interventio

Objective:1.Through a retrospective study,the clinical efficacy of comprehensive management of type 2 diabetes patients under the joint care model of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was analyzed,and the relevant factors affecting the compliance of comprehensive management indicators were discussed.2.Through the retrospective analysis of the clinical efficacy of Xuesaitong soft capsule in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes,the efficacy and safety of Xuesaitong soft capsule in the treatment of type 2 diabetes were evaluated,so as to provide treatment ideas for improving the symptoms and prognosis of patients with type 2 diabetes.Method:1.From May 2018 to December 2019,patients who first visited the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine co-care clinic of Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,252 cases meeting the criteria of this study were included.General data and laboratory test results of patients were collected.By comparing the indicators at the beginning of management and the latest follow-up visit after management,the effects of the management mode of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on BMI,blood pressure,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and blood lipids were analyzed.According to the comprehensive management objectives formulated by the "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes(2020 Edition)",the compliance rates of various indicators at the beginning of patient management and the latest follow-up visit after management were counted,and the paired chi-square test was used to analyze the effect of the co-care management model on the compliance rate of patients ’metabolic indicators.The analysis of related factors was based on whether the indicators of comprehensive management were up to standard at the last follow-up.The patients were divided into standard group and non-standard group,and other factors were statistically analyzed.2.According to the treatment plan of the included cases,the control group was divided into control group and Xuesaitong group,the control group was treated with basic treatment,and the Xuesaitong group was treated with Xuesaitong soft capsule on the basis of the control group.The general data and laboratory examination results of the patients were collected,and the effects of Xuesaitong Soft Capsule on BMI,blood pressure,HbAlc,blood lipid,liver and kidney function were observed.Results:1.This study included 136 males(54.0%)and 116 females(46.0%),aged 62(56,68)years,with a course of 10.62(5.66,16.33)years and 5(3,11)times of management.Compared with before management,BMI,blood pressure,HbAlc,LDL-C and TG levels were significantly improved after management(P<0.05).BMI,blood pressure,HbAlc,LDL-C and 3B comprehensive compliance rate after management were significantly higher than those before management(P<0.05).The results of correlation factor analysis showed that BMI was related to gender,age,HDL-C and TG(P<0.05).Blood pressure compliance was related to HbAlc and LDL-C(P<0.05).HbA1c compliance was related to course of disease,management times and TG(P<0.05).LDL-C compliance was related to management times,HbAlc,TC and TG(P<0.05).HDL-C was correlated with gender,LDL-C,TC and TG(P<0.05).TC compliance was related to management times,HbAl c,LDL-C,HDL-C and TG(P<0.05).The standard of TG was related to HbAlc,LDL-C,HDL-C and TC(P<0.05).2.There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,BMI,blood pressure,HbAlc,blood lipid,liver and kidney function between the two groups at baseline(P>0.05).After taking Xuesaitong soft capsule,compared with the control group,the levels of HbA1c,LDL-C,TC and TG in Xuesaitong group decreased significantly,and HDL-C increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The management mode of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can improve the blood glucose,blood pressure and blood lipid levels of patients with type 2 diabetes,improve the compliance rate of patients,and has obvious advantages in diabetes management.2.Xuesaitong soft capsule can significantly improve blood glucose,blood lipid levels in patients with type 2 diabetes in the treatment of diabetes has a positive effect.
