Purpose:Organize and summarize Professor Zhao Bingnan’s academic ideas and clinical experience in treating eczema,summarize and sort out the inheritance and development of Zhao Bingnan’s experience,and summarize its inheritance characteristics;Explore the application and methods of qualitative research in the field of inheritance of the diagnosis and treatment experience of famous and old Chinese medicine.method:Using the "Zhao Bingnan Academic Thought Inheritance Platform",CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases,collect relevant works,conference speeches,and literature materials on the treatment of eczema by Professor Zhao Bingnan,his disciple Professor Zhang Zhili,and later medical practitioners,as well as the inheritor’s summary of Zhao Lao’s experience in treating eczema.Extract specific discussions on the treatment of eczema,and further systematically summarize the clinical experience of various doctors in treating eczema.Multiple interviews were conducted with the inheritors of Zhao Bingnan’s academic experience using a semi-structured interview method to further explore Zhao’s academic ideas and supplement the details of the changes in inheritance.During the interview,recording with a recording pen and handwritten recording were conducted to collect interview data.Organize and analyze data through researchers,qualitative analysis software Atlas.ti 9,and methods such as memo writing and concept mapping.Conduct quality control through participant feedback method.result:The literature research includes 145 journals,papers,and 13 monographs.After organizing the literature,Zhao Bingnan’s academic ideas and clinical experience in treating eczema were summarized,and the inheritance and development of ideological experience in different eras were summarized,as well as the characteristics of inheritance.Zhao Lao inherited the experience of ancient medical experts,gathered the strengths of various schools,and integrated them.After long-term research and clinical practice,academic ideas and treatment experience in treating eczema have been formed,which is unique.Professor Zhao Bingnan classified the etiology of eczema as wind,dampness,and heat,and summarized the pathogenesis of eczema as "originally dampness,marked by heat" and "dampness is the core of the disease".The differentiation and treatment of eczema revolves around "dampness" and takes the syndrome differentiation system of qi,blood,and body fluid as the core.Zhao Lao focused on treating dampness and heat,with the main principles of strengthening the spleen,clearing heat,dispelling wind,and removing dampness.Based on this,after years of clinical practice,he developed a unique method of treating dampness and created numerous prescriptions for treating dampness.External treatment of eczema emphasizes the differentiation of skin lesions and emphasizes the changes in body fluids.Starting from the proportion of dampness and heat,and based on the principles of differentiation of yin and yang,and differentiation of urgency,the skin lesions are differentiated and classified,and different drugs and formulations are selected.The unique ideological experience of Zhao Lao above constitutes the core of the school of thought.Professor Zhang Zhili fully inherited Zhao Lao’s ideological experience,enriched the system of differentiation and treatment of qi,blood,and body fluids,and treated eczema with the same treatment of qi,blood,and water.He carried forward Zhao Lao’s experience in treating dampness and innovated by combining modern research methods and achievements with a combination of Chinese and Western methods.He created a new formula represented by Shilan Cao decoction,further enriching Zhao Lao’s original ideological experience and forming a relatively complete academic system.Postscholars of the Zhao school used modern research methods to conduct clinical research,verifying the accuracy of the therapeutic effect of Zhao Lao’s empirical formula,objectively evaluating its efficacy and safety,and providing more evidence support for the promotion and use of Zhao Lao’s empirical formula;Adhering to Zhao Lao’s academic ideology,the application of experience in clinical practice is flexible and free from superficial limitations.Through clinical practice,it is concluded that it is necessary to inherit Zhao Lao’s ideological experience and apply it flexibly in order to fully utilize the therapeutic effect of Zhao Lao’s experience and reflect the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine;And some innovations were made on the original basis,enriching Zhao Lao’s existing experience in treating eczema.A total of 3 categories and 9 concepts related to the etiology,pathogenesis,differentiation and treatment ideas,inheritance and development characteristics of eczema treated by Zhao Bingnan have been qualitatively studied.The pathogenesis theory of eczema includes "rheumatic heat evil runs through the entire process" and "dampness evil is the core";The academic ideas for the differentiation and treatment of eczema include "qi,blood,body fluid differentiation as the core","differentiation of dampness and heat by specific gravity and differentiation of yin and yang","emphasis on the circulation of the spleen and stomach in the middle energizer","dehumidification as the core,and wind and heat treatment as the essentials";The characteristics of learning and inheritance include "comprehensive learning,in-depth experience","overall differentiation combined with local differentiation","combination with modern medicine",and "adhering to traditional Chinese medicine thinking and adapting to the three factors".Conclusion:Sorting out and summarizing the inheritance and development of Zhao Bingnan’s academic ideas and clinical experience in treating eczema,forming the lineage of Zhao Bingnan,Zhang Zhili,and post Zhao school scholars.Summarize Zhao Lao’s core idea:with dampness as the core,with the differentiation and treatment system of qi,blood,body fluid as the key point.Professor Zhang Zhili,a disciple of Zhao Laozi,fully inherited the combination of Chinese and Western cultures,combined modern research methods and achievements to further enrich his original ideological experience and form a relatively complete academic system.The post scholars of the Zhao school adhere to Zhao Lao’s academic ideas,pay attention to the flexible application of experience in clinical practice,and combine modern research to verify and innovate.The semi-structured interview method can be used to study the inheritance of academic ideas and clinical experience of renowned traditional Chinese medicine practitioners.
