Study On The Correlation Between The Characteristics Of Qigong And Abnormal Meridian Status In Patients With Cerebral Infarction In Beijin

Objective:Based on the case data of patients with cerebral infarction in Department of Acupuncture—Moxibusion,Huguosi TCM Hospital,and based on the theory of five circuit phases and six atmospheric influences,explore the characteristics of the onset of cerebral infarction and explore its correlation with the abnormal meridians.Methods:Retrospective case study methods were used.1 Take the hospitalized cases of cerebral infarction patients who developed cerebral infarction between January 20,2015 and January 20,2020(Yiwei Year,Bingshen Year,Dingyou Year,Wuxu Year and Jihai Year),which admitted to the Department of Acupuncture-Moxibusion,Huguo si TCM Hospital.Collect the information,including case number,gender,age,date of onset,discharge diagnosis,abnormal meridians.In total,there were 1327 cases.Based on the theory of the five circuit phases and six atmospheric influences,Yunqi factors(year evolutive phase,host evolutive phase,passenger evolutive phase,Sitian,Zaiquan,host climatic qi,and passenger climatic qi)are calculated from the date,and the frequency of abnormal meridians is counted,the results are entered into the EXCEL table.2 Descriptive statistics,χ2test,Non-parametric rank-sum test(Kendall test)are carried out using SPSS25.0 software,and the difference is considered to be statistically significant in P<0.05.Results:1 In the five years included in the study,Taishui year,Shaoyang Sitian-Jueyin Zaiquan had the largest number of patients.Shaojin year,Taiyin Sitian-Taiyang Zaiquan had the lowest number of cases.In Taihuo and Taijin host evolutive phase,the number of patients is relatively large,and in Taimu host evolutive phase,the number of patients is the lowest.In Yang-Ming host climatic qi and fire host climatic qi(Shaoyin Junhuo+Shaoyang Xianghuo),the number of patients is larger,and the number of patients is the lowest at the time of Jue Ying host climatic qi.The number of patients in Shaotu passenger evolutive phase is the largest.No patients in Taitu passenger evolutive phase have been seen.In Yang-Ming passenger climatic qi,the number of patients is the largest,and the number of patients in Juey-Yin passenger climatic qi is the lowest.2 Pair the statistics of the onset of the host evolutive phase and the passenger evolutive phase,it is found that host evolutive phase of Shaohuo-passenger evolutive phase of Shaomu have the largest number of patients,followed by host evolutive phase of Taimu-passenger evolutive phase of Taishui,followed by host evolutive phase of Shaojin-passenger evolutive phase of Taihuo.The host evolutive phase of Taimu-passenger evolutive phase of Shaojin have the lowest number,followed by the host evolutive phase of Shaohuo-the passenger evolutive phase of Taishui.Pair the statistics of the host climatic qi and the passenger climatic qi of the onset date,it is found that the distribution of the host climatic qi-passenger climatic qi:Yangming-Yangming,Jueyin-Shaoyin,ShaoyinTaiyin were relatively large,and Jueyin-Jueyin,Taiyin-Shaoyng were less.3 Overall the consideration of all elements,year evolutive phase of Taishui-Shaoyang Si Tian-Jueyin Zai Quan-the host evolutive phase of Taimu-the passenger evolutive phase of Taishui-the host climatic qi of Jueyin-the passenger climatic qi of Shaoyin,year evolutive phase of Shaojin-Taiyin Si Tian-Taiyang Zai Quan-the host evolutive phase of Taishui-the passenger evolutive phase of Shaotu-the host climatic qi of Taishui-the passenger climatic qi of Taishui,year evolutive phase of Shaojin-Taiyin Si Tian-Taiyang Zai Quan-the host evolutive phase of Shaojin-the passenger evolutive phase of Taihuo-the host climatic qi of Yangming-the passenger climatic qi of Yangming,the number of cases is large.The number of year evolutive phase of Shaojin-Taiyin Si Tian-Taiyang Zai Quan-the host evolutive phase of Shaohuo-the passenger evolutive phase of Taishui-the host climatic qi of Shaoyin-the passenger climatic qi of Shaoyin,year evolutive phase of Shaojin-Taiyin Si Tian-Taiyang Zai Quan-the host evolutive phase of Taimu-the passenger evolutive phase of Shaojin-the host climatic qi of Shaoyin-the passenger climatic qi of Shaoyin,year evolutive phase of Shaojin-Taiyin Si Tian-Taiyang Zai Quan-the host evolutive phase of Taimu-the passenger evolutive phase of Shaojin-the host climatic qi of Jueyin-the passenger climatic qi of Jueyin is small.4 The highest frequency of abnormal reaction meridians is the Stomach Meridian,the Spleen Meridian,the Colon Meridian,the Governor Vessel,the Liver Meridian,and the Conception Vessel.There is a positive correlation between the year evolutive phase and the Ren meridian,the host evolutive phase and pericardium meridian,the Sitian qi and triple energizer meridian and governor meridian,the Zaiquan qi and lung meridian and urinary bladder meridian,the host climatic qi and pericardium meridian.Conclusion:The onset of cerebral infarction does have its five circuit phases and six atmospheric characteristics.From the perspective of the five ciruit circuit phases,fire and gold host evolutive phase are the times when the onset of cerebral infarction is high.From the perspective of the six atmospheric qi,there is no obvious high onset time.In Yiwei year,the onset number of cerebral infarction is high at the fifth host climatic qi.In Bingshen year,the onset number of cerebral infarction is high at the first and second host climatic qi.In Dingyou year,Wuxu year,Jihai year,the onset number of cerebral infarction is approximately averange.In Dingyou year,the onset number of cerebral infarction is high at the second host climatic qi,and in Jihai year is the fourth.As far as the meridian of the patients,the maintenace of Yangming meridian,Taiyin meridian and goernor meridian is needed.According to different Yunqi changes,different meridians needs to be pay attention to.Such as,in Tahishui year,Ren channel should get the attention.During Yangming host climatic qi and gold host evolutive phase,pericardium meridian should get the attention.During the time that Shaoyang and Yangming Sitian,triple energizer meridian and governer meridian are more important.At the time that Shaoyang Zaiquan,the lung,heart and urinary bladder meridian need to be adjusted.At the time that Taiyin Zaiquan,the lung meridian also need enough attention.In this way,we can better prevent the occurrence of cerebral infarction diseases.
