| Objective: In this study,the two-dimensional ultrasound image characteristics of thyroid and breast nodules were analyzed by using SW_TH01/Ⅱ and SW_BR01/Ⅱ computer-aided diagnostic software,and the interpretation results were compared with the diagnostic results of three senior sonographers,so as to explore whether they have clinical auxiliary diagnostic value.Methods: In this study,225 patients with thyroid nodules who were treated in the ultrasound department of Shanghai East Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected to obtain two-dimensional ultrasound images of thyroid nodules.The aspect ratio,margin,border,calcification and echo of thyroid nodules were analyzed by SW_TH01/Ⅱ,and the software interpretation results were compared with the diagnostic results of senior sonographers,and their accuracy,sensitivity and specificity were analyzed,and their clinical use value was discussed.In this study,249 patients with breast nodules who attended the ultrasound department of Shanghai East Hospital from October 2020 to November 2022 were selected to obtain two-dimensional ultrasound images of breast nodules.The echo,direction,morphology,margin,calcification,and posterior echo attenuation of breast nodules were analyzed by breast software SW_BW01/Ⅱ,and the software interpretation results were compared with the diagnostic results of senior sonographers,and their accuracy,sensitivity and specificity were analyzed,and their clinical use value was discussed.Results: SW_TH01 The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of thyroid nodule aspect ratio were 95.6%,96.2% and 95.4%,respectively,the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of nodule morphological irregularity were 90.7%,90.5% and 90.9%,respectively,the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of nodule edge smoothness were 85.8%,88.5% and 83.0%,and the accuracy of nodule calcification was The sensitivity and specificity were 83.6%,81.7% and 82.0%,the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the homogeneity of the analysis of nodules were 88.9%,90.6% and 82.2%,the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the main echoes of the nodules were 85.3%,88.0%and 85.4%,respectively,and the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the analysis of nodules containing very low echoes were 92.0%,90.0% and 92.4%,respectively.In all feature analyses,the analysis time of the software was significantly shorter than that of the sonographer.(2.7±1.6 vs.29.7±12.7 s,P<0.001)。The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of software SW_BW01/Ⅱ in analyzing the direction of breast nodules were 94.8%,86.6% and 96.2%,respectively,the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of analyzing nodule morphological irregularities were 86.3%,83.0% and 88.2%,the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of analyzing the smoothness of nodule edges were 86.3%,85.5% and 86.7%,respectively,and the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of nodule calcification were 83.5%,respectively.88.4% and 82.5%,the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the homogeneity of the nodule were 90.8%,93.8%and 86.4%,the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the echo of the nodule were 86.3%,87.7% and 78.9%,respectively,and the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the echo attenuation behind the nodule were 85.5%,88.2% and 85.3%,respectively.In all feature analyses,the analysis time of the software was significantly shorter than that of the sonographer.(3.0±0.8 vs.30.6±11.6 s,P<0.001)。Conclusion: The analysis of ultrasound images of thyroid and breast nodules by software SW_TH01/Ⅱ and SW_BR01/Ⅱ has high consistency with the diagnosis of senior physicians,and the accuracy rate is more than 80%.High accuracy has been achieved in the analysis of thyroid and breast nodule characteristics.Helps clinicians interpret and analyze ultrasound images of thyroid and breast nodules. |
