Research On Influencing Factors Of Health Data Reuse Behavior Based On The "Healthy China 2030" Strateg

With the proposal of "Healthy China 2030" strategy,China has officially entered the era of big data in medical and health care.The report to the 19 th CPC National Congress elevated the "Healthy China Strategy" to an overall national strategy and made a comprehensive plan.Therefore,it is urgent to identify and explore its potential value,and explore the optimal path of value realization.This paper firstly combines the theory of planned behavior,the technology acceptance model and the integration theory of technology adoption and utilization with the influence of "Healthy China 2030" strategy policy,puts forward 9 influencing factors,and puts forward the perception of usefulness,perception of risk,perception of effort,data quality,and healthy attitude of data reuse.Policy support and data literacy,willingness to reuse health data and other variables.Based on the existing literature and theoretical basis,12 hypotheses were proposed,and a model of influencing factors of health data reuse based on "Healthy China 2030" strategy was constructed.SPSS26.0 and AMOS 26.0 were used.Descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis and structural equation analysis were carried out on the questionnaire data to verify the validity of the hypothesis,and the model was modified according to the research results.Three suggestions were put forward,including continuing data literacy education,clarifying health data quality evaluation indicators and quality control,and improving relevant policies and regulations on data sharing and reuse under the "Healthy China 2030" strategy,hoping to play a positive role in promoting health data reuse behavior.
