Purpose:By investigating the cognition of alopecia seborrheic in the sample population, the reasons for the cognitive difference were analyzed, and the differences between the treatment status and treatment expectation of patients with alopecia seborrheic were compared,so as to provide basis for health education and treatment goals of alopecia seborrheic.Material and method:Thesis I:A questionnaire survey was conducted on patients with skin diseases and their families who visited the dermatology clinic of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021 by chance encounter method. The investigation content included general situation, the understanding degree of seborrheic alopecia, the understanding way, whether seborrheic alopecia is considered as a disease, the adverse effects of seborrheic alopecia, the cognition of inducing or aggravating factors, etc.SPSS 22.0 software was used, and the counting data were expressed by sample number and constituent ratio.χ2 test was used between groups.Logistics regression analysis was used to analyze the cognitive factors of patients, and P<0.05 was considered as statistically significant difference.Thesis Ⅱ:From January 2021 to December 2021,patients with seborrheic alopecia treated in the dermatology department of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital were selected as the subjects for a questionnaire survey. The contents of the survey included general situation and related factors,as well as clinical classification and TCM syndrome differentiation by physicians.SPSS 22.0software was used, and the counting data were expressed by sample number and composition ratio.χ2 test was used between groups, and P<0.05 was considered as statistically significant difference. Results:Thesis I:1.There were 1254 subjects in this survey, among which 729(58.13%)had seborrheic alopecia before or now,and the gender difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Among the 1,254 people in this survey, the population mainly learned about seborrheic alopecia through the Internet(54.39%),among which 52.31% thought they were completely ignorant of seborrheic alopecia, and only 10.29% thought they were very knowledgeable about seborrheic alopecia.Among the respondents,61.24%believed that seborrheic alopecia was a disease, and the younger and less educated people had poor cognition of whether SA was a disease. In terms of the cognition of the adverse effects of SA,a total of 939 people believed that SA would bring adverse effects, and they mainly believed that SA would bring negative emotions(62.20%)and affect the work image(55.34%).In terms of the cognition of whether SA needs to be treated in hospital,331 people thought it was not necessary to be treated in hospital, and they mainly chose to improve their hair loss by changing their lifestyle(59.97%).In terms of the therapeutic effect of TRADITIONAL Chinese and western medicine on SA,864 people thought traditional Chinese medicine was more effective, while 390 people thought western medicine was more effective.Gender bias towards the effective way of traditional Chinese and western medicine was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.In this survey, the group with more knowledge of the risk factors of seborrheic alopecia was characterized as "female, adult, bachelor degree or above",while the group with less knowledge of the risk factors of seborrheic alopecia was characterized as "male, minor, low education level",and the difference was statistically significant.Thesis Ⅱ:1.A total of 352 patients with seborrheic alopecia were collected in this study. The prevalence rate was higher in males than in females, and the prevalence was mainly concentrated in 21-30 years old.The prevalence of high school/technical school/technical school is the highest, about half of the patients engaged in mental work.2.Among the risk factors investigated in this study, gender, occupational bias, family genetic history, hair washing frequency and TCM syndrome differentiation of seborrheic alopecia had no significant correlation.3.Among the risk factors investigated in this study, education level, duration of illness, facial skin quality,BMI,smoking and alcohol history, dietary preference and stool situation, time to fall asleep and sleep duration,exercise,binge-eating,dyeing and irding, aggravation period, psychological status, clinical classification were correlated with TCM syndrome differentiation of seborrheic alopecia.4.Among the patients investigated in this study,damp-heat accumulation syndrome accounted for the largest proportion, followed by hot wind dryness syndrome of blood, and liver and kidney insufficiency syndrome was the least. In the cultural level, sick time, history of facial skin,BMI,alcohol and tobacco, and diet partial addicted and shit, sleep time and sleep time, motion, overeating, dyeing hot,add period, psychological status and clinical classification in hot and humid in the fumigation certificate is given priority to,but with increased duration, and degree of various risk factors increase gradually from the wet and heat fumigating syndrome into blood hot air drying, liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.Conclusion:1.Thesis I: This study shows that people are not aware of the risk factors and protective factors of seborrheic alopecia, and health education on seborrheic alopecia is needed, especially for "men, minors, low education",so as to better assist clinical diagnosis and treatment.2.Thesis Ⅱ: The patient’s age, education level, duration of illness, facial skin quality,BMI,smoking and alcohol history, dietary preference and stool situation, time to fall asleep and sleep duration, exercise, overeating, dyeing and scalding, aggravation period, psychological status, clinical classification and TCM syndrome type are indeed correlated. Therefore,on the premise of drug treatment,Moreover,it is necessary to improve the bad living habits and keep a good mood to help improve the efficiency of clinical treatment.
