Purpose:To develop a scale preliminarily which is used to measure the effect of traditional Chinese medicine. And the feasibility of this scale is evaluated. It ’ s a tool provided to evaluate treatment outcomes for patients.Material and method : According to the international scale development norms, referring to the teaching materials, diagnostic criteria and literature review, the clinical symptoms of patients with blood deficiency syndrome were collected through interviews, and the item pool was established. The items were extracted from the item pool, and the theoretical framework was constructed on the basis of the previous studies. The items were prepared to form the initial scale.A pilot clinical survey was conducted, and the final scale was determined by statistical results combined with expert group discussion. Finally, the feasibility, reliability, validity and responsiveness of the final scale were evaluated. Results:Item screening scale is feasible,no ceiling floor effect, good sensitivity, can distinguish blood deficiency patients and healthy people.independence and representativeness are good, spearman correlation coefficient > 0.4.Factor analysis divides the scale into three common factors, which are different from the initial framework. It is suggested to adjust the framework. The overall Cronbach’ s coefficient is 0.868,with good internal consistency.Experts discussed the theoretical framework of the scale fine-tuning,scale items unchanged.Scale evaluation included 199 subjects, filling time < 5 minutes, the scale is feasible. The Cronbach ’ s coefficient of 11 items in the scale was 0.858,which was greater than 0.6.After deleting one item, the Cronbach ’ s coefficient ranged from 0.836 to 0.854,the correlation coefficient between the scale items and the total score ranged from 0.564 to 0.865,and the correlation coefficients between the items and their dimensions were greater than 0.6,which had good internal consistency. In the test-retest reliability, the correlation coefficient was0.700 ~ 0.923,and the stability of the scale was good.Exploratory factor analysis results,KMO was 0.883,p < 0.001,extracted three common factors, according to the load can be divided into common factor 1 : item 2(dizziness influence thinking),3(dizziness want to rest),1(dizziness),4(amnesia).Common factor 2 : Item 7(color difference),6(insomnia and dreaminess),9(dry skin),5(palpitation).Common factor 3 : Item 11(body pain),10(numbness of limbs),8(eye flowers or dry eyes). The three common factors are not completely corresponding to the scale dimension. There was no significant correlation between the results of calibration validity.Conclusion:1.This scale contains four dimensions, brain dystrophy dimension includes item 1(dizziness),item 2(dizziness influence thinking),item 3(dizziness and want to rest),item4(amnesia).The dimension of insufficiency of heart blood includes item 5(palpitation),item 6(insomnia and dreaminess),item 7(color difference).Physical meridian dystrophy dimension includes item 8(eyeblossom or dry eye),item 9(dry skin),item 10(numbness of limbs),item 11(body pain)and additional dimension item 12(abnormal menstruation of women).2.TCM curative effect evaluation scale of blood deficiency syndrome has good feasibility, internal consistency, representativeness and independence, responsiveness, which can be preliminarily applied to clinical curative effect evaluation research, but there are still shortcomings, which need further research. |
