Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Tongue Cluster Needling Motor Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Post-stroke Motor Aphasi

Purpose:In this study,patients with post-stroke Broca aphasia were selected as the research objects to explore the clinical efficacy of the tongue cluster needling exercise therapy on the disease,so as to provide a reference for clinical treatment of post-stroke Broca aphasia.Material and method:60 patients with post-stroke Broca aphasia who meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Both groups were given basic medical treatment,speech rehabilitation training and Acupuncture treatment based on syndrome differentiation.On this basis,the observation group was treated with the tongue cluster needling exercise therapy,while the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture.Before and after treatment,the Aphasia Battery of Chinese(ABC)was used to evaluate the language function,the severity of aphasia was evaluated according to Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Examination(BDAE).Compare the intra-group and inter-group differences between the two groups before and after treatment,so as to evaluate the difference of curative effect between the two therapies in the treatment of post-stroke Broca aphasia.Results:1.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,stroke type,ABC score,BDAE grade between the two groups(P>0.05),which were comparable.2.ABC scale score results: After treatment,Compared within the group,the language function scores of the two groups were improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between groups,the curative effect of observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.BDAE scale grading results:After treatment,The improvement of aphasia severity in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Efficacy evaluation: After treatment,in the observation group,6 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,10 cases were improved,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,2 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,12 cases were improved,7 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 76.67%.After statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Both tongue cluster needling exercise therapy and ordinary acupuncture have clear curative effects on post-stroke Broca aphasia,and the clinical effect of tongue cluster needling exercise therapy is more significant than that of ordinary acupuncture.2.Tongue cluster needling exercise therapy can improve spontaneous conversation,retelling,understanding and naming functions of patients with post-stroke Broca aphasia,improve aphasia severity.It is simple and safe to operate and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
