Objective: Evaluation of oral preparations of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of type ejection fraction retained the efficacy and safety of heart failure, and through the frequency analysis in ejection fraction reserve type high frequency drugs clinical effect in heart failure. Methods: "normal ejection fraction" or "diastolic heart failure" or "retention of ejection fraction" and "Traditional Chinese medicine(pill, powder, capsule, soup)" as the key words,The Cochrane Central Register of Controlled,CNKI,Wanfang Database and VIP database were searched comprehensively.Cochrane scoring method was used to collect the literature on RCT of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine for the treatment of ejection fraction reserved heart failure(RCTS),and further analysis of the literature quality was required after evaluation and screening.Rev Man5.2 statistical software was used to carry out corresponding meta-analysis: For homogenous research results,meta-analysis was used to merge the results, and qualitative analysis was fully conducted for heterogeneous results. Results: A total of 16 studies involving 1194 patients were included. There was statistical significance in the improvement of cardiac function between oral preparation of Traditional Chinese medicine and basic treatment of conventional Western medicine(OR = 3.27,95%CI=[2.26,4.73],P < 0.00001).In terms of the curative effect of TCM syndrome, the combination of oral TCM preparation and conventional western medicine had statistical significance compared with conventional western medicine alone(OR = 3.94,95%CI =[1.92,8.09],P <0.00001).There was statistical significance in 6-minute walking distance between oral preparation of Traditional Chinese medicine and traditional western medicine(MD = 35.97,95%CI =[31.55,40.39],P < 0.00001).In terms of improving ventricular diastolic function(E/A),TCM treatment had statistical significance compared with western basic treatment,MD = 0.15,95%CI =[0.12,0.18],P < 0.00001).In terms of serum NT-prob NP level, oral preparation of Traditional Chinese medicine had statistical significance compared with simple basic treatment of Western medicine(SMD=-6.00,95%CI =[-9.41,-2.60],P < 0.00001);Compared with western medicine, oral preparation of Traditional Chinese medicine improved left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of patients with chronic heart failure with statistical significance(MD = 1.58,95%CI =[0.61,2.54],P < 0.00001).In the Minnesota Quality of Life Rating Scale(MLHFQ),TCM was statistically more effective in treating chronic heart failure than traditional western primary care(MD =-5.39,95%CI =[-7.35,-3.43],P < 0.00001).It shows that in terms of clinical efficacy, compared with the simple western medicine treatment method, the application of oral Chinese medicine preparation on this basis has a more significant effect. Conclusion: Oral preparations of traditional Chinese medicine in combination with conventional western medicine foundation treatment of patients with heart failure can improve the clinical total effective rate,on the basis of the conventional western medicine treatment with oral preparations of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes was to improve curative effect in a single routine western medicine foundation treatment improved significantly, but also improve the function of patients with left ventricular ejection, reduce the patients’ serum NT-pro BNP level; The curative effect of total effectiveness and 6 MWT,heart function examination in the treatment of the results, compared with the control group, the effect is more significant, then the quality of life questionnaire to evaluate curative effect of Minnesota, then, according to the results of meta analysis compared with pure western medicine treatment,on the basis of the use of oral medicine preparation effect more pronounced.Compared with the control group, the E/A ratio of patients in the experimental group was significantly improved,so the clinical efficacy of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine was better than that of traditional Western medicine, and there was no increase in adverse reactions and no new adverse reactions.
