Correlation Study On The TCM Syndrome Characteristics Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome In Coronary Heart Disease Combined With Diabete

Purpose:Preliminary exploration of CHD with DM phlegm and blood stasis and knot knot with CHD phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of TCM syndrome characteristics,and to observe whether there is a difference between TCM syndrome features.Material and method:Data of patients in outpatient department and inpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to December 2021 were collected.Patients with only CHD diagnosis and patients with both CHD and DM were selected according to the screening criteria.Patients with only CHD diagnosis were divided into CHD phlegm-stasis interaction group and CHD non-phlegm-stasis interaction group.Simultaneously conforms to CHD and DM diagnosed as CHD with DM group,were divided into CHD combined DM phlegm and blood stasis and each group of DM with CHD than phlegm and blood stasis "group.All included subjects were surveyed by trained staff and supervised on site by inspectors.Questionnaire was used to collect basic information,daily living habits,and clinical symptoms and signs related to phlegm-stasis syndrome of patients meeting the inclusion criteria.In this study,descriptive analysis,group T test,Chi-square test and other statistical methods were used to preliminarily explore the TCM syndrome characteristics of CHD combined with PHLEGm-stasis syndrome of DM and CHD combined with phlegm-stasis syndrome,and to observe the differences of TCM syndrome characteristics between CHD and DM.Results:1.CHD patients with DM,113 cases in total.There were 72 cases in CHD combined with DM phlegm-stasis group and 41 cases in CHD combined with DM non-phlegm-stasis group.There was no statistical difference in age and gender between the two groups(P > 0.05),and the two groups were comparable.There was no statistical difference in BMI between CHD combined with DM group and non-DM group(P > 0.05).Compared with the non-phlegm-stasis interaction group,CHD combined with DM phlegm-stasis interaction group had higher proportion of unbalanced eating habits,late night and sedentary(P < 0.05).CHD with DM mutual phlegm and blood stasis syndrome characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine for the pain of the fixed position,pain,chest press,phlegm,head heavy dizziness,loss of appetite,body fat,complexion dark,complexion dark,skin to a fault,oral,or gum dark purple or with bruises,petechiae,tongue or dark red spots,the tongue body fat toothed edge mark and thick greasy tongue coating,string of arteries and veins,arteries and veins and smooth.2.Among CHD patients without comorbidities,there were 103 cases in total.There were 59 cases in CHD group and 44 cases in CHD non-phlegm-stasis group.Between the two groups in age,sex,no statistical difference(P > 0.05),two groups of comparable.There was no statistically significant difference in BMI between CHD phlegm-stasis interaction group and non-phlegm-stasis interaction group(P > 0.05).Compared with non-phlegm-stasis interknot group,CHD phlegm-stasis interknot group had a higher proportion of long lying and sitting(P < 0.05).CHD phlegm and blood stasis and syndrome of TCM syndrome characteristics for each rejected according to the fixed position of pain,pain,pain at night is aggravating,bosom is frowsty phlegm,the new full,head dizzy,languid,loss of appetite,body fat,dim complexion,skin complexion dark,a fault,nausea,vomiting,cough spit saliva,defecate viscous,oral,or dark purple gums,or with bruises,petechiae,tongue or dark red spots,tongue Fat edge teeth marks,thick greasy tongue coating,coating white slippery,slippery pulse.3.On the basis of mutual syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis,CHD with DM and CHD without DM were compared.There was no statistical difference in age and gender between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.The mean BMI of CHD patients with DM was higher than that of CHD patients without DM(P < 0.05).In this study,there was no statistical difference in symptoms,signs and tongue pulse symptoms between CHD and CHD combined with DM(P > 0.05),but it was observed that many symptoms,signs and tongue pulse symptoms were more severe in CHD combined with DM.Conclusion:1.The syndrome characteristics of CHD combined with DM phlegm-stasis syndrome are basically the same as those of CHD phlegm-stasis syndrome.2.Compared with CHD syndrome of phlegm-stasis interaction,CHD combined with DM syndrome of phlegm-stasis interaction has an aggravating trend.3.Preliminary analysis found that BMI may be used as a risk index to distinguish CHD with DM and CHD with phlegm-stasis syndrome.
