Research On The Naming Of The Emergency Term "new Crown

The outbreak of "COVID-19" has highlighted the importance of emergency language services.After the outbreak of the epidemic,a number of epidemic names appeared,many of which were inaccurate or even discriminatory,which had a negative impact on epidemic prevention and control and social public opinion.Taking the emergency term "COVID-19" as the research object,From the perspective of terminology,the various terms generated by the "COVID-19" are sorted out and analyzed,and uses the research methods of combining synchronicity and diachronic,comparison and description to discuss the naming strategy of emergency terms and the feasibility path of establishing an emergency terminology system.This article is divided into three sections:The first part is an introduction,which briefly introduces the research purpose and significance,research objects,and research methods of this paper.Representative papers are selected to investigate the research status of "COVID-19" terminology naming and emergency linguistics,and define terms and emergency terms,and classify the terms of "COVID-19" terminologically.The second part includes the second,and third chapters of the thesis."COVID-19" was included in the scope of emergency terminology research,and the names of "COVID-19" were examined over time,and compared with other terms.The second chapter sorts out the three stages of "COVID-19" naming,and summarize the naming characteristics of each.The third chapter summarizes the naming principles and terminology evaluation standards of infectious diseases in history,Analyze the terms "COVID-19" and point out the reasons for the widespread use of the official term "COVID-19" and the problems with this term.The third part is the fourth chapter of this article.Point out the urgency and importance of establishing an emergency terminology system,and explore the naming strategy of emergency terminology and the principles of system framework design.Finally,the conclusion of the paper summarizes the whole text and points out the shortcomings of the paper.
