Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of PCOS Infertility Due To Kidney Yin Deficiency With Yangjing Zhongyu Decoction Plus Clomiphen

Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of modified Yangjing zhongyutang combined with clomiphene on sex hormone levels,ovulation cycle,endometrial thickness during ovulation,clinical pregnancy rate and improvement of TCM symptoms in patients with PCOS infertility with kidney-yin deficiency syndrome.To study the clinical effect of Yangjing zhongyu Decoction on PCOS infertility patients with kidney-yin deficiency syndrome,and provide reference for traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of PCOS kidney-yin deficiency syndrome infertility.Methods: A total of 60 outpatients who came to the outpatient clinic of our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 and met the inclusion criteria of PCOS kidney-yin deficiency infertility in this study were collected,and the 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups by random number table.There were 30 cases in each group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Yangjing zhongyu Decoction combined with clomiphene citrate,and the control group was treated with clomiphene citrate alone.After 3menstrual cycles of treatment,the changes of relevant indicators in each group were compared during the treatment process,the treatment effect was evaluated,and relevant conclusions were drawn.Results:There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05),so the two groups were comparable.The total treatment cycle of the treatment group after treatment was 81,the total number of ovulation cycles was 61,the ovulation rate was 75.31%,and the pregnancy rate was46.67%;The total treatment cycle of the control group was 86,the total number of ovulation cycles was 40,the ovulation rate was46.51%,and the pregnancy rate was 20.00%,and the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of pregnancy rate and ovulation rate,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).The results of the pre-and post-treatment comparison of the indicators in the two groups showed that the post-treatment was significantly better than before the treatment(P<0.05),suggesting that both groups had a therapeutic effect.Among them,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving serum sex hormone levels(LH,LH/FSH,T,AMH),increasing endometrial thickening on ovulation day,and improving TCM symptoms,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangjingzhongyu decoction combined with clomiphene in the treatment of PCOS infertility patients with kidney-yin deficiency syndrome can improve serum sex hormone levels(LH,LH/FSH,T,AMH),reduce TCM syndrome scores,and increase ovulation day endometrium.The effect of improving the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of patients is significantly better than that of clomiphene alone,and no obvious adverse reactions are found,and the safety is good.
