Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Elderly Patients With Sweating Syndrome And Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin With Jiajian Laifu Decoctio

Objective: Through the observation Jiajianlaifu decoction treatment of senile sweat syndrome of qi and Yin deficiency syndrome before and after treatment in patients with two degree of sweating,degree of adjoint symptoms and quality of life,etc.,to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of add and subtract rifle soup for senile sweat syndrome card qi and Yin deficiency syndrome therapy provide a new clinical medication at the same time,based on and further improve the quality of life in elderly patients with sweat certificate.Methods: In this study,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria of geriatric sweat syndrome,Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome were selected from the outpatient Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were divided into two groups by random,parallel and control method.In the treatment group,30 patients were treated with Jiajianlaifu decoction.The control group included 30 cases,and were treated with Shuhanting granule.The treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks.Clinical data including TCM syndrome score,hyperhidrosis sweating score,hyperhidrosis disease severity score(HDSS)and dermatological life quality Index score(DLQI)were collected before and after treatment in the two groups.Statistical analysis was conducted to compare the changes of each score between the two groups before and after treatment.At the same time,the safety indexes(vital signs,three routine procedures,liver and kidney function,etc.)of the two groups were observed,so as to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jiajianlaifu Decoction and its effect on improving the quality of life of elderly patients with sweating syndrome.Results: 1.In this study,there were no cases of detachment,adverse reactions and malignant events in the treatment group and the control group after treatment,and the safety indexes of the two groups were normal after treatment.2.Statistical analysis and comparison of clinical trial data and results between the two groups showed that there was no significant difference in general conditions(gender,age,course of disease)and clinical observation indicators(total effective rate,total score of TCM syndrome,sweating score of hyperhidrosis,HDSS score and DLQI score)before treatment between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating comparability.3.Intra-group comparison showed that the total score of TCM syndrome,sweating score of hyperhidrosis,hyperhidrosis disease severity scale(HDSS)and dermatological life quality index(DLQI)of the treatment group and the control group decreased after treatment compared with before treatment,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).4.By the comparison between groups,the treatment group the total effective rate and the curative effect of TCM syndrome total score is better than the control group(P < 0.01),the treatment group in the sweating,bad cold,fatigue,flustered shortness of breath,the god of the treatment effect is better than the control group(P < 0.01),and for dry mouth,dry throat,afternoon hot flashes high syndrome curative effect of the treatment group than the control group(P < 0.05);However,the two groups had similar effects in treating symptoms such as fever,tongue coating and pulse condition(P > 0.05).For hyperhidrosis sweating score and DLQI score after treatment,the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.01),and for the treatment of HDSS,the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: 1.Jiajianlaifu Decoction has obvious clinical efficacy in treating the elderly patients with sweat syndrome,qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,and has obvious efficacy in improving the accompanying symptoms of sweat syndrome,such as wind-chill,fatigue,palpitation and shortness of breath.2.The hyperhidrosis sweat score,HDSS score and DLQI score of the elderly patients with sweat syndrome and deficiency of qi and Yin syndrome were significantly decreased after the treatment with Jiajianlaifu decoction,which effectively improved the quality of life of the elderly patients with sweat syndrome.3.Jianjianlaifu Decoction has good efficacy and safety in the treatment of senile sweat syndrome with deficiency of qi and Yin.
