Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Wind-cold Obstruction Of Collaterals In Lateral Epicondylitis With Electroacupuncture Combined With Filiform Fire Needle Circumferential Needlin

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with filiform fire needling around the thorn on lateral epicondylitis syndrome of wind cold collateral obstruction,and to provide a good basis for the clinical treatment of lateral epicondylitis syndrome of wind cold collateral obstruction.Methods: 60 patients with lateral epicondylitis syndrome of wind cold collateral obstruction who met the criteria were randomly divided into 2 group by random number method,30 cases in each group.The control group chose electroacupuncture therapy,while the experimental group received corresponding filiform fire needling around the thorn therapy on the basis of electroacupuncture therapy.electroacupuncture therapy was performed once a day for a total of 20 times,and filiform fire needling around the thorn therapy was performed once a week for a total of 4 times.The efficacy indicators were VAS score and MEPS score.The corresponding scores were carried out before treatment,after treatment,and 3 months after treatment.Meanwhile,relevant statistics and studies were conducted based on the data.Results: 1.The comparison of age,sex,disease duration,VAS score and MEPS score between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P﹥0.05),there is comparability;2.The comparison of VAS score and MEPS score after treatment and before treatment between the two groups showed significant statistical significance(P﹤0.05),The difference was not statistically significant after treatment and 3 months after treatment,it suggest that both treatments can improve the pain and functon of lateral epicondylitis syndrome of wind cold collateral obstruction,There was no significant difference between the efficacy after treatment and 3 months after treatment;3.After treatment,and 3 months after treatment there were statistically significant differences in VAS score and MEPS score between the two groups(P ﹤ 0.05),showed that the treatment of lateral epicondylitis syndrome of wind cold collateral obstruction in experimental group was better than that in control group;4.There was a statistically significant difference in efficacy between the two groups after treatment(P﹤0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group and control group was 90.0% and 80.0%;5.In the course of treatment,there were no significant changes in vital signs in the two groups,and no adverse reactions related to needle-sickness,bending,needle-breaking,and burns.The safety was good.Conclusion: electroacupuncture combined with filiform fire needling around the thorn therapy can effectively improve the pain and function of lateral epicondylitis syndrome of wind cold collateral obstruction,and the curative effect can be maintained for at least 3 months,which has a good clinical applicarion value.
