A Study On The Distribution And Correlation Of TCM Syndrome Factors And Constitution In 236 Patients With Parkinson's Diseas

Objective: To explore the TCM pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease in the view of TCM constitutional types and TCM syndrome elements,and to provide reliable evidence for the prevention and treatment of Parkinson’s disease by TCM.To improve the clinical efficacy of TCM in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.Methods: Through the questionnaire survey way.Collect consultation related the research Among parkinsonian who treated in the first affiliated hospital of hunan university of TCM from September 2017 to February 2019,such as TCM constitutional types,TCM syndrome elements;etal.and then analyze the frequency,clustering and association rules of the data to finally draw relevant conclusions.Results:1.Among the research of 236 parkinsonian,95% of them were the population of hunan province.The male to female ratio is 1.6:1;The symptom distribution showed that :98% of the parkinsonian had MS,67% had sensory disturbance,95% had dysfunction of autonomic nerve,52% had cognitive disorders,and 72% of the parkinsonian had different degrees of Emotional disorders.There was no statistically significant difference in the H-Y stages among genders.2.The highest frequency TCM constitutional types of parkinsonian is phlegm-dampness constitution(37.7%),Yin-deficiency(33.4%),Qiyu physique(14.4%).3.PD is mainly located in the liver,spleen and kidney,involving the heart,brain,meridians,stomach and bones.The main pathogenic syndromes are Yin deficiency and qi stagnation,and there are qi deficiency,dampness,blood deficiency,moving wind and Yang deficiency with high frequency.The distribution of syndrome elements in patients with different TCM constitutional types was statistically different(P < 0.01).4.According to the results of syndrome element cluster analysis,the pathogenesis of PD in TCM can be summarized as follows: 1)Kidney deficiency is the most fundamental cause of disease,which leads to subsequent blood stasis and wind disturbance;2)The obstruction of Qi dredging caused by liver depression is an important link in the TCM pathogenesis of PD.3)The abnormal activity of spleen leads to the formation of phlegm,which is the cause of obstruction of brain collaterals.5.There is a certain correlation between the syndrome elements of PD patients and the distribution of TCM constitution.The syndrome elements of liver,kidney and Yin deficiency may be positively correlated with Yin deficiency and Yin deficiency.Liver,spleen,qi stagnation and phlegm syndrome may be positively correlated with phlegm and dampness.6.PD may be susceptible to Yin deficiency in TCM constitution;PD patients may be more prone to Yin deficiency and phlegm-dampness.Conclusion: the main TCM syndrome elements of PD patients are Yin deficiency,liver,qi stagnation,spleen,kidney,heart,phlegm and blood stasis.The main TCM constitution is phlegm-dampness,Yin deficiency and qi stagnation.There is no correlation between TCM constitution and gender in PD patients,but there is a certain correlation between TCM constitution and distribution of TCM syndrome elements.Yin deficiency and qi may be positively correlated with liver,kidney and Yin deficiency syndrome elements.Phlegm and dampness may be positively correlated with liver,spleen,qi stagnation and phlegm syndrome elements.PD patients may be more prone to Yin deficiency and phlegm-dampness.
