Study On The Anti-influenza Virus And Drug Substance Basis Of Jinlianhua Decoctio

Jinlianhua Decoction is a prescription for prevention of "atypical pneumonia" consisting of lotus,dandelion,daqingye,dueraria,and suye.All parties have the effect of clearing heat and detoxifying,spreading wind and clearing away evil spirits,and can be used for the treatment of wind pick disease.Wind phlegm is an acute exogenous fever caused by wind-heat disease.It mostly occurs in warm and windy springs or cold and cold temperatures in winter.It begins with fever,chills,headache,and cough.Apart from atypical pneumonia,influenza(Chinese medicine is also known as the "Shixingganmao")is also a popular category.Its clinical manifestations are high fever,chills,headache,and fatigue.In terms of etiology and pathogenesis,the flu is caused by wind,heat,and evils.It is the deficiency of the body’s sense of righteousness,and the evil of the exogenous bactericidal effect("hernia")is caused by the presence of qi that enters into and kills the body.Western doctors believe that influenza(referred to as influenza)is an acute respiratory infection caused by influenza virus,and it is also a contagious disease with a high rate of transmission.It is mainly spread through droplets in the air,human contact,or contact with contaminated objects.The typical clinical symptoms are:rapid fever,generalized pain,significant weakness,and mild respiratory symptoms.The general fall and winter season is a period of high incidence,causing serious complications and deaths.The key to the treatment of influenza is the anti-influenza virus.This study has studied the antiviral activity of Jinlianhua Decoction and the material basis of its efficacy.First of all,at the level of all parties and single herbs,the activity of anti-influenza virus activity of Jinlianhua Decoction was studied in a comprehensive and disassembled manner to determine the anti-influenza virus activity of Jinlianlian decoction and the contribution of each single-dose antiviral activity;then it was performed on Jinlianhua Decoction.Analysis of chemical composition,its main chemical composition,and its in vivo pharmacokinetics were used to identify the main components of blood;finally,according to the results of the above studies,effective antiviral sites were studied to determine the effective substances of Jinlianhua Decoction.The results showed that Jinlianhua Decoction has good anti-influenza virus activity with an effective rate of 75.13%.Daqingye and pueraria spp.have strong anti-influenza virus activity and have a greater contribution to the anti-influenza virus activity of Jinlianhua Decoction.The anti-influenza virus activity of dandelion,nasturtium and suye is relatively weak,and its contribution to the all-party anti-influenza virus is relatively small,but the lack of compatibility of dandelion,nasturtium and suye anti-influenza virus is weaker,indicating that the whole party each single herb is indispensable and the whole group is reasonable;the main chemical components of Jinlianhua Decoction include chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,puerarin,vitexin,rosmarinic acid,3’-hydroxypuerarin,puerarin Su-6"-O-xyloside,3’-methoxypuerarin,p-coumaric acid,daidzin,and ferulic acid,in which the puerarin content is significantly higher than other components;the main components absorbed into the blood by the lotus flower soup Puerarin,daidzin,p-coumaric acid,ferulic acid,and veratrtic acid;Jinlianhua Decoction anti-influenza virus active site is a higher concentration of ethanol on a macroporous resin column with a 95%ethanol extract(60,80,95)%)elution part.This study demonstrated that Jinlianhua Decoction has good antiviral activity and reasonable composition.The main chemical components are from Pueraria lobata,and the blood components are puerarin,daidzin,p-coumaric acid,ferulic acid and veratrtic acid;its antiviral effect substances for low polarity parts.
