| Objective:This study systematically combs the relevant research progress of domestic and foreign drug orders,creatively constructs the standardized medicine order of traditional Chinese medicine Pieces,and carries out standardization and informatization practice.Methods:(1)Theoretical research:to analyse the different rules for the specification of drug instructions detailedly,contrast the content of the four kinds of prescriptions "chemical drugs and biological products manual","traditional Chinese medicine and natural medicine prescription drug","chemicals non prescription drug","Chinese medicine prescription drug instructions",then provide technical support for the design of Chinese herbal medicine orders.The Eastern Han Dynasty Zhang Zhongjing "shanghan lun" decoction group of drug information was analysed detailedly,which provided theoretical support for the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine pieces.(2)Clinical research:to conduct the standardized research on the content of traditional Chinese herbal medicine decoction,we designed the "Beijing area Chinese medicine decoction standard questionnaire",and issued them to the six Top Three Hospitals respectively,the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Capital Medical University affiliated Beijing Friendship Hospital,Beijing Hospital,Xiyuan Hospital,Beijing He Ping Li Hospital,Chinese Academy of Sciences China in Beijing City Liuzhou Road hospital.A total of 130 questionnaires were issued.Using statistical software spss19.0 to analyze the results of the survey,using the mean value analysis,variance analysis,multiple comparison method to assess the standardization of traditional Chinese herbal medicine decoction in Beijing.(3)Information technology research:Based on the Information technology research development and design of Struts2,spring and ibatis framework,Linux operating system,resin server software,Java dynamic programming language and Oracle database,the construction of drug prescribed system specification consists of Chinese herbal medicine,Chinese herbal medicine,Chinese medicine standard data element standard library,library system,the background of the audit prescription of traditional Chinese medicine and drug dispensing the medicine prescribed,information presentation and print.The regulated Chinese herbal medicine pieces orders come to information practice.Results:(1)Theoretical research:a comparative study of the drug instructions:a detailed analysis of specific statement rules of "chemical drugs and biological products manual","traditional Chinese medicine and natural medicine prescription drug","chemicals non prescription drug","Chinese medicine non prescription drug",finding the traditional Chinese medicine pieces does not included.The instructions of traditional Chinese medicine pieces should be designed according to traditional Chinese medicine theory,which can guide patients specifically.The "shanghan lun " on the medicine prescribed analysis:analyses the 94 group Decoction of Eastern Han Dynasty Zhang Zhongjing "shanghan lun" in detail.Each group of medicine prescribed the information includes:name,prescription and prescription of TCM diagnosis,decoction time and decoction decocting time,decocting temperature,decocting and taking special the temperature and duration of medication,medication frequency,dosage,contraindications,nursing after administration.(2)Clinical research:The withdrawal of the questionnaire 123,with effective questionnaire of 119.The questionnaire results:①Chinese medicine Pieces decoction of the standardized cognitive ability related to the title of pharmacists,the higher title,the better congnitive ability they have.②Chinese medicine of traditional Chinese medicine decoction standardized cognitive ability related to the education background of pharmacists,and pharmacists who posess master and bachelor degree have better cognitive ability than the college,secondary and secondary education of the following pharmacists.③ The practitioners aged of 25-45 years old posess the best ability of traditional Chinese medicine decoction standardized cognitive,the decoction standardization of traditional Chinese medicine of age<25-year-old Chinese medicine division and age>45-year-old Chinese medicine practitioners needs to be strengthened.④Office director posess the best cognitive ability of Chinese medicine Pieces decoction,the other workers on the traditional Chinese medicine Pieces decoction of the cognitive ability is low and with no difference.⑤ Chinese medicine hospital pharmacists on the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine decoction cognitive ability is better than the phamacists in the integrated Chinese and Western medicine hospitals and general hospitals.⑥ Through the analysis of specific issues,the cognitive ability such as:frying before soaking,boiling water,boiling pressure,boiling time,boiling temperature,boiling times,Special decocting methods such as different positioning of Chinese pharmacists on the traditional Chinese medicine decoction is just so so,Standardization of cognitive is disorder.(3)Information research:Construction of the Chinese herbal medicine of medicine prescribed standard platform,including the Chinese herbal medicine standard library,with 769 pieces of Chinese medicine in basic data,basic data of every flavor Chinese herbal medicine including herbal pieces,pieces of Chinese name,alias Latin,medicinal parts,genera,four properties and five tastes,ascending and descending,tropism,efficacy,indications,contraindications,syndromes of pregnancy,pregnancy and lactation with disabled,disabled,elderly,children’s diet taboo,usage and dosage,toxicity,special decoction method,pieces of storage,pieces of valid period,the implementation of standards,production enterprises,approval number,origin,notes etc..The Chinese Classical Library,a total of 94 Decoction data,each data including the basic medicine prescribed information for each group:prescription name,prescription and diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine,decoction time and decoction decocting time,decocting temperature,decocting and taking temperature,duration of medication,medication frequency,dose contraindication and nursing after administration.A total of 100 pieces of data,including data on the patient’s name,gender,Chinese medicine diagnosis,prescription composition,special decoction method,etc..The center of the trial,mainly for the eighteen
