Clinical Study On The Yiqi Xiefei Yangxue Recipe In The Treatment Of Heart Failure Combined With Anemi

Objective:To evalute the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Xiefei Yangxue Prescription on treating CHF patients with anemia,and to obersve the changes of TCM syndrome scores,Hb,LVEF,NT-pro-BNP,NYHA cardiac function classification and related physical and chemical examination and verify the clinical efficacy of anti-anemia therapy in CHF patients.Methods:Taking the patients with heart failure and anemia who visited the cardiovascular medicine of Dongzhimen Hospital Beijing University of Chinses Medicine from November 2015 to February 2017 as the object of this study,using the randomized and controlled clinical research methods,included 56 patients who met the criteria,divided them into treatment group of 30 cases,the control group of 26 cases,they are both treated with standard western medicines of heart failure and anemia,patients in the treatment shall take Chinese traditional medicine of "Yiqi Xiefei Yangxue Prescription",the course is eight.Then observe the changes of TCM syndrome scores,Hb,LVEF,NT-pro-BNP,NYHA cardiac function classification and related physical and chemical examination before and after the treatment.Results:1.TCM syndrome scores:Two groups’ Lee’s scores,heart failure symptom scores,and other symptoms scores both statistically descend than before treatment(P<0.01),the treatment group is more obvious(P<0.05).2.Cardiac function:The treatment group’ LVEF rises from 48.34±7.53 to 56.77±12.1(P<0.01),the control group has no statistically difference than before(P>0.05).NYHA cardiac function classification of two groups both descends than before(the treatment group:P<0.01,the control group:P<0.05),the treatment group is more obvious(P<0.05).Effective rate of NYHA classification of the treatment group is more superior than the control group(P<0.05).The E/A in two groups is of no statistically difference(P>0.05).3.NT-pro-BNP:NT-pro-BNP of the treatment group descend significantly than before(P<0.01),and lower than the control group(P<0.05).The NT-pro-BNP of control group also descend,but is of no statistically difference(P>0.05).4.Anemia:Two group’ RBC,Hb and HCT rised statistically than before(P<0.05),the treatment group is more obvious than the control group(P<0.05).The RDW of two groups both descend significantly than before(P<0.05),the treatment group is more obvious(P<0.05).The severity of anemia in the treatment group relieved than before(P<0.01),the control group’ had a tendency to reduce but has no statistically difference(P>0.05),the effective rate of anemia in the treatment group is more superior than the control group(P<0.05).5.Cardiac structure and others:The left ventricular end diastolic diameter,left ventricular end systolic diameter,left atrial transverse diameter,left atrial length diameter of two groups are of no statistically difference(P>0.05).The TBIL,DBIL and IBIL of the treatment group are descend significantly than before(P<0.01),and obviously lower than the control group(P<0.01),the control group has no statistically difference(P>0.05).6.Inflammatory factor:The hsCRP and TNF-α of two groups both descend significantly than before(P<0.01),the treatment group is more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:"Yiqi Xiefei Yangxue Prescription" has good clinical effect in the treatment of CHF patients with anemia.1."Yiqi Xiefei Yangxue Prescription" can increase patients’ RBC,Hb and HCT,and improve anemia related indicators.2.Anemia treatment can improve CHF patients’ cardiac function and clinical symptoms(reduce NYHA cardiac function classification,Lee’s scores and heart failure symptom scores).3."Yiqi Xiefei Yangxue Prescription" can rise CHF patients’ LVEF,descend patients’NT-pro-BNP,improve CHF patients’ cardiac function and clinical symptoms(reduce NYHA cardiac function classification,Lee’s scores and heart failure symptom scores).4."Yiqi Xiefei Yangxue Prescription" can descend RDW,hsCRP,TNF-α and bilirubin level.
