| Under the situation that the country puts forward the implementation of the new requirements of the comprehensive conservation strategy for China’s agricultural fertilizer use,there is the phenomenon of excessive fertilization,vigorously develop and promote the integration of water and fertilizer technology to save fertilizer,protect the soil environment and achieve stable development of agriculture has important strategic significance.Water fertilizer machines for a long time of operation,the existence of sediment,leaves,Paper,fertilizer precipitation,moss and scale and other impurities in the pipeline buildup caused by the blockage of the pipeline and other problems,thus affecting the normal work of the water fertilizer machine resulting in crop fertilizer shortage and yield reduction.This study takes ultrasonic anti-clogging equipment of water and fertilizer integration machine as the research object,and investigates the effect of ultrasonic anti-clogging from two aspects。numerical theory simulation calculation and experimental data demonstration respectively,the main contents and conclusions are as follows。1,For the problem of ultrasonic action in the anti-clogging of water fertilizer machine pipeline,acoustic-solid-liquid coupling is introduced,and the theory related to the finite element method of acoustic-solid-liquid coupling in the process of ultrasonic anti-clogging is explored based on the basic equations of ultrasonic wave pro Pagation,cavitation gas bubble wall motion and fluid flow in ideal media,and based on the mechanism of acoustic wave pro Pagation,acoustic-solid action action.2,For the problem of numerical simulation of ultrasonic blockage,the acoustic-solid coupling simulation model of the pipeline system of water fertilizer machine was constructed by combining ultrasonic propagation-related theories.The power density was positively correlated with the average absolute sound pressure in the pipe,the average amplitude,velocity and acceleration of the pipe.Through the analysis of the cavitation bubble motion of fertilizer fluid,it is obtained that the cavitation effect is effective when the ultrasonic frequency of 20k Hz,the appropriate ultrasonic sound pressure and the pipe is H2O.Combined with fluid flow related theories,a pipeline flow-solid coupling simulation model was constructed to visualize the anti-clogging process of pipelines with bends,reducer pipes and T-shaped pipes.3,Ultrasonic anti-clogging equipment was made to solve the problem of blockage of water fertilizer machine pipes.Ultrasound was applied to the blocked water fertilizer machine pipes.The box,pump body,pipeline and bottom plate were designed to develop a high-performance water fertilizer integration machine oriented to pipeline coupling anti-clogging technology,which can achieve the effect of pipeline anticlogging.4,To find out the working environment and combination of ultrasonic Parameters conducive to anti-clogging and verify the anti-clogging effect of ultrasonic anti-clogging equipment,the judging equation of ultrasonic anti-clogging development of water fertilizer machine pipeline is constructed.Through ultrasonic anti-clogging experiments on bend pipe,reducer pipe,T-shaped pipe,pipe fertilizer solution of 7.5%compound fertilizer solution,1.5%CH4N2O solution,3%calcium superphosphate solution,H2O and combination of ultrasonic Parameters of water fertilizer machine pipe,the best ultrasonic anti-clogging effect of bend pipe containing 7.5%compound fertilizer solution and the best combination of ultrasonic Parameters of the anti-clogging product are ultrasonic frequency of 25k Hz,the ultrasonic power density of100w/l and ultrasonic power density of 100w/l. |
