The deterioration of soil quality and the aggravation of non-point source pollution caused by long-term excessive use of chemical fertilizers have increasingly become an important obstacle to the high quality development of agriculture. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to improve soil quality and promote high-quality green development of agriculture by improving farmers’ willingness and behavior to use organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer.Taking Yongan Town of Fenggang County, home to three famous teas of "zinc Selenium Tea" in Guizhou Province,as the survey area, based on the theory of farmer behavior, path dependence theory and green development theory, and the data obtained through questionnaires and in-depth interviews, logistic model was used to analyze the main factors influencing the willingness of tea growers to replace chemical fertilizer with organic fertilizer and the deviation between their willingness and behavior. The main conclusions are as follows: 1.The intention and behavior of tea growers to use organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer are contradictory. The intention of tea growers to replace chemical fertilizer with organic fertilizer was higher, accounting for 63.6%,but the actual adoption behavior was very low, accounting for only 39.5%.2.Among the factors influencing the willingness of tea growers to adopt organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer, eight factors are mainly affected by age, education level, family labor force, safety cognition of fertilizer and soil, income cognition, training frequency, subsidy policy and policy support.3.Analysis of the differences in the willingness and behavior of tea growers to adopt organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer technology shows that male tea growers with larger planting area and older tea growers are more likely to have the deviation between willingness and behavior.Tea growers with large family labor force, good health status, high frequency of training, enjoy subsidy policies and have quality and value cognition have consistent will and behavior, and are not prone to deviation. The policy suggestions to improve the willingness and behavior of farmers to replace chemical fertilizer with organic fertilizer are as follows: 1.Carry out targeted technology publicity and popularization to improve the technology application level;2.Expand the coverage and intensity of subsidized fertilizers, and continue to promote the replacement of chemical fertilizers with organic fertilizers;Third,do a good job of research and development guarantee, promote the construction of green tea brand;Fourth, improve the awareness of ecological protection of tea growers, and promote the green development of tea.
