Rice is one of the main grains in Our country,in the process of rice cultivation,the traditional way of work is very time-consuming and laborious,and paddy field transport vehicle undoubtedly brings convenience to farmers,both reduce labor costs and improve work efficiency.However,there are still some problems in paddy field rail transport vehicles in China,such as the inability to remotely control the rail changes,and the distance controlled by rail vehicles is limited.Therefore,the intelligent paddy field rail transportation control system is designed.The system can realize the remote control of mobile phone rail car,fixed point parking according to the laid track,rail car and rice transplanter cooperative operation.The main research work in this paper includes the following contents:(1)Taking shuitian electric double track transport vehicle as the research object,the rail car control system software,remote controller and rail transfer system are designed.Controller converts digital signals to a rail car controller can identify the analog electrical signal,by controlling the opening and closing of the contact relay to change the direction and speed of the car.(2)rail car control software is the focus of this paper,a GPS receiver to farmland location information transmitted to the intelligent car control software,the software to receive and parse the satellite signal,the information will be calculated form the rail cars transportation map,and then send signals to the controller and control the car into orbit,the transport operations of data stored in the database.(3)The software analyzes the movement state of the transplanter and calculates the working direction of the transplanter.The longitude and latitude coordinates of the received rail car and the rice transplanter are projected and transformed,and the stopping point of the rail car on the track is calculated according to the laid track and the course of the rice transplanter,and all transportation routes that can reach the stopping point are planned.(4)Mobile phone remote controller is added to the control system in this design.4G industrial wireless router provides signals for the controller,and small program of mobile phone or computer is used for remote control of rail car,which ensures that when unmanned rail transportation operation is not applicable,mobile phone is used for control of rail car.The device breaks through the limit of distance and can control the moving state of the rail car at any time.It can also control the rail car in the center of intelligent agricultural machinery through small program.The remote manual remote control will have a delay of 1s when receiving the signal sent by the mobile phone.In the future,the popularity of 5 g signal,the signal delay there will be much smaller,transportation will be more accurate.(5)According to the campus test and field transport test,the system can control the rail transport vehicle to accurately stop within 1m of the setting point,the system runs smoothly,the signal reception is stable,and the seedling transport operation can be completed in the process of rice planting.The research and development of this system provides technical reserve for the unmanned operation of intelligent rail transport vehicle in the future.
