Nelumbinis Stamen is a traditional Chinese medicinal material and widely distributed in our country.The TLC identification items for lotus stamens in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition)was added,and lack of content determination items.It is difficult to ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical use of lotus stamens.In this paper,the structure of the two components in the extraction part of lotus stamens ethyl acetate was characterized by TLC-EFISI-MS method,and the chemical components were studied in systematic,which provided a material basis for the establishment and promotion of the quality standard of the lotus stamens in the later period.1 Rapid characterization of chemical constituents from the extract of lotus stamens ethyl acetate partsThe components of Fractions 12 and 17 from the ethyl acetate parts were characterized by TLC-EFISI-MS.It was found that the main chemical constituents in Fr.12 were cycloatene-type triterpenoids,and the main chemical constituents in Fr.17 were olane-type triterpenoids.2 Study on the chemical constituents of Fr.12 and Fr.17 from the ethyl acetate parts of lotus stamensForty-two compounds were isolated and purified,there were 28 terpenoids(1-28),9 steroids(29-37),4 flavonoids(38-41)and 1 benzene ring derivative(42).Seven new compounds: Nelmnuciferoside B(1);Nelmnuciferoside C(2);Nelmnuciferoside D(3);Nelmnuciferoside E(4);Nelmnuciferoside F(5);24-Carboxy-25,26-ester ethyl norcycloartan-3-one(15),3β-Hydroxy-4,14α,bismethyl-5α-pregnan-4,20-bis-norcolquhounoid-20-one(16).Twenty-four compounds 6,9,11-14,17-22,24-26,28,29,31-37 were isolated from lotus stamens for the first time.On this basis,the results of mass spectrum characterization were verified.The anti-inflammatory activity of the new compounds 1-5,15 and 16 was evaluated,and it was found that all the new compounds was weak at 25μM.
