Objective To analyze the influencing factors and cerebral blood flow characteristics of epilepsy patients with sleep disorders. Methods Collect general and clinical data of epilepsy patients diagnosed and treated at the Neurology Epilepsy Clinic of Ningxia Medical University General Hospital from December 2021 to September 2022,and complete the evaluation of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rerating depression scale(SDS),Epworth sleepiness scale(ESS)and mini-mental state examination(MMSE)summarized the incidence rate of epilepsy comorbidity; After excluding the above patients with intracranial organic diseases and other diseases that affect the intracranial blood supply, the patients who complete the SPECT/CT imaging of cerebral blood flow perfusion during the interval of epilepsy were defined as the examination group, and the data of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed according to the PSQI score, and the influencing factors of epilepsy combined with sleep disorders and the characteristics of cerebral blood flow changes were summarized. Results 1.Among the 194 epileptic patients, the incidence rate of sleep disorder was20.6%,anxiety was 20.1%,depression was 18.0%,and cognitive impairment was 10.3%;2.There were 40 patients in the examination group, including 10 patients in the sleep disorder examination group and 30 patients in the non-sleep disorder examination group; There was no difference between the two groups in the course of disease, age of onset, type of attack, frequency of attack, type of medication, etc;Anxiety was the risk factor of epilepsy with sleep disorder(P=0.037<0.05);There were 4 patients(10.0%)with completely consistent EEG results and SPECT/CT results, and 6 patients(15.0%)with partially consistent results; The blood perfusion of bilateral temporal lobe, bilateral frontal lobe, left cingulate gyrus and right caudate nucleus decreased in the sleep disorder group(P<0.05).Conclusion 1.Anxiety is a risk factor for epilepsy patients with sleep disorders;2.The SPECT/CT examination of epileptic patients with sleep disorder in the interval between seizures showed that the blood perfusion of multiple brain functional areas was decreased.
