With the continuous acceleration of the aging process of the Chinese population,the rapid increase of the aged,disabled,mental illness of the elderly population,the independent consciousness of the elderly and multi-level and diversified needs for the old age pension life,all put forward new requirements for the existing pension model,therefore,the construction of a new combination of medical care pension system is imminent.First,this paper starts with the research background and significance of the "combination of medical care and old-age care" pension system in the big data era,through the collation and induction of research results at home and abroad,this paper makes a preliminary understanding of the whole research situation of the system,and expounds the concept definition and theoretical basis of the system in the big data era.Secondly,using the SWOT-PEST evaluation matrix to find out the main contradictions that affect the advancement of the system,and analyze and evaluate them,this paper expounds the internal and external environment influence mechanism of medical care integration under the influence of four factors of politics,economy,society and Technology in the big data era.Thirdly,through the analysis of the needs of the users of the "Combination of medical care and pension" system in the era of big data,this paper discusses the social needs scenarios that can be covered by the system,it is closely related to the needs of the elderly in real life scene a list.Fourthly,this paper summarizes and puts forward the concrete building modules of the system of "Medical care combined with pension" in the big data era,and organically combines each module to provide a better life for the aged.
