Objective:1.To investigate the general situation, health promotion lifestyle, selfefficacy and life satisfaction of patients with metabolic syndrome, and analyze its influencing factors and correlation.2.To explore the relationship and intensity of health promotion lifestyle and self-efficacy on life satisfaction in patients with metabolic syndrome.Method:In this study, convenience sampling method was used to select patients with metabolic syndrome who were admitted to a grade III class a hospital in Guizhou province from October 2021 to February 2022.General data questionnaire, revised Health Promotion Lifestyle Scale, chronic disease patients self-efficacy scale and life satisfaction scale were used to conduct the questionnaire survey.Descriptive analysis,t test,one-way ANOVA,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis were performed using SPSS 23.0 statistical software.AMOS 23.0 software was used to establish a structural equation model to analyze the relationship between health promotion lifestyle,self-efficacy and life satisfaction in patients with metabolic syndrome.Result:1.The health promotion lifestyle score of patients with metabolic syndrome was(102.95±22.77)at medium level; The self-efficacy score of patients with metabolic syndrome was(47.24±11.58),which was in the middle level. The life satisfaction of patients with metabolic syndrome was(20.03±7.43)points,which was at a medium and low level.2.The results of one-way ANOVA of life satisfaction of patients with metabolic syndrome showed that there were differences in life satisfaction of patients with metabolic syndrome with different different occupations, payment methods of medical expenses, average monthly income, smoking and course of disease(p < 0.05).3.The results of correlation analysis showed that health promoting lifestyle,self-efficacy and life satisfaction were positively correlated.4.The results of regression analysis showed that the dimensions of health promotion lifestyle(interpersonal relationship, health responsibility, stress management, nutrition, physical exercise, spiritual growth)and selfefficacy(symptom management self-efficacy)positively predicted life satisfaction(β= 0.111~0.255,P< 0.01),the total explanatory variation was50.1%.5.The effect of various factors on life satisfaction of patients with metabolic syndrome is that the health-promoting lifestyle of the subjects has a direct impact on life satisfaction.Interpersonal relationship, health responsibility, nutrition, sports and spiritual growth not only have a direct impact on life satisfaction, but also can have an indirect impact on it through self-efficacy(the direct effect values are 0.121、0.128、0.125、0.112,0.125,respectively.The indirect effect values were 0.053,0.090,0.039,0.044 and0.069 respectively, and the total effect values were 0.174,0.217,0.164,0.157 and 0.194 respectively.Conclusion:1.The health promotion lifestyle, life satisfaction and self-efficacy of patients with metabolic syndrome were at medium low level.2.Different gender, occupation, marital status, smoking history, treatment and payment methods of metabolic syndrome patients have different life satisfaction levels.3.Health promotion lifestyle,self-efficacy and life satisfaction were positively correlated in patients with metabolic syndrome. The higher the level of health promotion lifestyle and self-efficacy,the higher the level of life satisfaction.4.Different dimensions of health promotion lifestyle(interpersonal relationship, health responsibility, stress management, nutrition, physical exercise, spiritual growth)and self-efficacy(symptom management selfefficacy)are the factors that affect the life satisfaction level of patients with metabolic syndrome.5.Health-promoting lifestyle can directly affect the life satisfaction of patients with metabolic syndrome, and also indirectly affect the life satisfaction through the mediating effect of self-efficacy.
