Investigation And Research On Community Health Emergency Culture From The Perspective Of Information Literacy

[Objective] During the regional static management period when the "new crown pneumonia epidemic" spread,the community assumed more functions related to epidemic prevention and control,and the production and lifestyle of the community were mainly at home and online,and the acquisition of social information was carried out through the Internet and the Internet.Media-dominated,more complex and ever-changing information demands pose new challenges to residents’ information literacy and community health emergency work.Combining relevant theoretical knowledge,this research deeply explores the conceptual model of community health emergency culture,briefly discusses the correlation between information literacy and community health emergency culture,and provides professional suggestions for the construction of community health emergency culture,in order to improve the society’s awareness of information literacy training and emergency response.Awareness of the development of a community health emergency culture.[Methods] Using the literature research method,the research status of community health emergency culture and information literacy at home and abroad was sorted out,the basic concepts involved in this article were defined,and the connotation of community health emergency culture was summarized.Focusing on the formation and development of community health emergency culture from the perspective of information literacy,the expert consultation method and in-depth interview method were used to conduct in-depth interviews with 30 community residents and related community staff.Combined with the qualitative analysis method of grounded theory,NVIVO software was used to organize and code the interview results.Using the questionnaire survey method,SPSS and AMOS statistical tools were used to analyze the 346 questionnaires,and exploratory factor analysis was used to verify the existence of each factor and whether the classification was reasonable.[Results] By analyzing the interview results,it was initially found that the community health emergency culture included four modules and 38 dimensions,which established the foundation for the questionnaire design and model construction in the following sections.Interaction between community residents and health emergency culture.By verifying the existence of each factor and whether the classification is reasonable,four modules and 36 dimensions were finally retained,and a conceptual model of community health emergency culture was formed,including the apparent level of health emergency,the level of health emergency norms,the level of health emergency concepts,and the level of health emergency response.emergency capability layer.When discussing the relationship between community health emergency culture and information literacy,it is found that both of them develop with time and environment,and there is a relationship between modules.[Conclusion] From the perspective of information literacy,based on the four modules of the community health emergency cultural conceptual model,it is found that there is a certain relationship between the apparent level of health emergency and information knowledge,the level of health emergency concept and information awareness,and the level of health emergency capability and information ability.,and there is a cross-correlation between each module.According to the results of interviews and questionnaires,this paper discusses the correlation between information literacy and community health emergency culture,and finds that under the background of informatization,the two influence each other in the process of formation and development.[Suggestion] Based on the conceptual model of community health emergency culture,and only from the perspective of information literacy,suggestions for promoting the construction of community health emergency culture are given.By improving the awareness of information crisis prevention,information security,and public opinion guidance,build and improve the concept layer of community health emergency;by enriching information knowledge,build and improve the apparent layer of community health emergency;Emergency management ability to improve the community health emergency capability layer;finally,from the perspective of management policy,construction suggestions are given on strengthening information management and improving the community health emergency standard layer,for the future government,community,and individuals to develop communities according to the information literacy status of the masses Health emergency culture and improving the management ability of health emergency provide certain ideas.
