Based On Data Mining Analysis Professor Huang Yahui Treats Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Medication Regularity

Objective: To apply data mining methods to study the medical case of Professor Huang Yahui in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,and to analyze the prescription and medication rules of Professor Huang Yahui in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,in order to provide ideas and basis for the future clinical treatment of this disease by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Collected and sorted out the medical cases of CAG patients diagnosed and treated by Professor Huang Yahui in the Spleen and Gastroenterology Clinic of Xi’an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to November 2022.In the outpatient system diagnosis and treatment log of Xi’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,cases were screened in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,a total of 362 cases that met the standards were collected,the basic information of patients and the prescription for the first diagnosis were extracted,and the relevant prescription drugs were all from the Chinese medicine pharmacy of Xi’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the collected medical cases were systematically sorted.R language technology is used to carry out data mining,and the four qi and five flavor attribution analysis,frequency analysis,association analysis and cluster analysis of traditional Chinese medicines in the prescription are carried out.Results: A total of 362 cases of Chronic atrophic gastritis patients were collected,with134 drug flavors and a total frequency of 6293 drug times.According to the statistical results of four qi and five flavors,Huang Yahui used the most warm drugs in CAG medication,and the selection of cold drugs was second only to warm drugs,and the proportion of warm and cold drugs was not much different.The five flavors are mostly bitter,bitter and sweet.In the menstrual classification,the spleen,stomach and liver meridian drugs are used more frequently,all more than 2000 times,of which the spleen meridian drugs are the most selected,up to 4223 times,the frequency of drug menstruation is listed in descending order:spleen meridian 4223 times,stomach meridian 3559 times,liver meridian 2997 times,lung meridian 1966 times,heart meridian 1758 times,kidney meridian 1257 times,large intestine 663 times,gallbladder meridian 658 times,small intestine meridian 388 times,bladder meridian 200 times,trifocal meridian 155 times,pericardial meridian 82 times.According to the statistics of drug association rules in 362 first prescriptions,156 association rules were obtained,among which Banxia,Poria,Tangerine Peel and Licorice Four Flavor Drugs were frequently combined with other drugs and closely correlated,and the Four Flavor Drugs were the top four high-frequency drugs,which were strongly associated with each other and were the most commonly used drug combinations,suggesting that they may be the core prescription drugs of Professor Huang Yahui in the treatment of CAG.The cluster analysis results of Professor Huang Yahui’s treatment of CAG drugs were divided into 5 categories,the first category was: codonopsis,woody fragrance,baiju,and sand kernel,mainly products that strengthen the spleen and moisture;Type 2 is magnolia,coix kernel,magnolia;The third category is Banxia,Poria,Tangerine Peel,Licorice,Citrus Aurantium,White Peony,and Chaihu;The fourth category is fusso,baiji,astragalus,oyster,tulip,zhuru,skullcap,prince ginseng;The 5th category is Laijiang,malt,divine comedy,Chuanxiong,Curcum,Cangshu,Yellow cypress,Plantain,light bamboo leaves,cardamom,almonds,corrugated seeds,Coptis jaunda,Evodia,Rehmania,Citrus aurantium,Forsythia,Yam,Guizhi,Puhuang,Campanula,Perilla stalk,Antrum,Zhejiang Fritillary,Maidong,Angelica,Shou Wuten.Conclusion:Professor Huang Yahui has rich experience in the treatment of CAG,combining modern medical research with traditional Chinese medicine thought,believing that the disease is mainly in the spleen and stomach,and is closely related to the liver and gallbladder,and the pathogenesis is based on the weakness of the spleen and stomach,phlegm and dampness,stagnation,blood stasis,humid heat are the key,and the treatment pays attention to the treatment of the symptoms and the root cause,and pays attention to harmonizing the connection between the internal organs.Professor Huang Yahui’s treatment of CAG is based on the principle of dialectical care,following the rational prescription medicine,the law is based on the classics,making good use of the Jing formula,the time side and multiple parties,and is good at flexibly adding and subtracting with Erchen Tang as the square root,taking care of the spleen and stomach as the principle,well versed in medicinal properties,flexible drug selection,mainly warm and cold,bitter and sweet,drugs often enter the spleen,stomach and liver meridians,and mostly tonify,rationalize qi,dissolve phlegm,and dispel dampness,reflecting Professor Huang Yahui’s unique medication characteristics.
