Objective: The value of digital 3D technology-assisted neuroendoscopy in the treatment of spontaneous cerebellar hemorrhage is explored by comparing the clinical effects of digital 3D technology-assisted neuroendoscopy and suboccipital craniotomy in the treatment of spontaneous cerebellar hemorrhage,in order to achieve the widespread application of low-cost artificial intelligence technology,provide more help for future minimally invasive clinical treatment,and reduce the heavy burden of hemorrhagic stroke on society.Methods: A retrospective analysis of 51 patients undergoing neurosurgery for spontaneous cerebellar hemorrhage at the Central Hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 was performed,and they were divided into 21 cases in the digital 3D technology-assisted neuroendoscopic group(observation group)and 30 cases in the suboccipital craniotomy group(control group)based on the different surgical methods,and compared the operation time,hematoma clearance rate,intraoperative blood loss,ICU indwelling time,total hospitalization time,drainage time,and extraventricular Drainage,complications and prognosis.Results: Compared with the suboccipital craniotomy group,the digital3 D technology-assisted neuroendoscopy group had significantly shorter operation time,higher hematoma clearance rate,less intraoperative blood loss,shorter ICU stay time and total hospital stay,fewer complications,and better prognosis.Both were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in drainage time,extra-ventricular drainage and mortality between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions: In the surgical treatment of spontaneous cerebellar hemorrhage,the application of digital 3D technology-assisted neuroendoscopic surgery fully demonstrates the advantages of low-cost artificial intelligence,with high precision and individualization,small trauma,and good prognosis,which is worth promoting at the primary level to increase the effectiveness of clinical treatment.
