Study On The Therapeutic Effect Of Shujin Tongluo Granule On Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy And Its Effect On Electrophysiology

Objective: The aim of this study is to discuss the clinical effect of Shujin Tongluo Granule in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,and to discuss the recovery of nerve function from the perspective of electrophysiology,to provide clinical treatment ideas and methods.Methods: Firstly,in this study,64 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who met inclusion criteria were selected,and each group had32 patients.Secondly,the control group took Mecobalamin tablets,and the treatment group took Shujin Tongluo granule on the basis of mecobalamin tablets for 4 weeks.The visual analogue scale,japanese orthopaedic association scores,the 36-item short form health,clinical symptom and sign score,TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy,EMG latency,conduction velocity and occurrence rate of F wave of median nerve and ulnar nerve were compared before and after treatment.All the data obtained from the research were statistically analyzed by SPSS26.0.Results: The latency of F wave of median nerve and ulnar nerve in the two groups after treatment,was shorter than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The latency of F wave in median nerve and ulnar nerve in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05);The conduction velocity and occurrence rate of F wave of median nerve and ulnar nerve in the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The conduction velocity and occurrence rate of F wave of median nerve and ulnar nerve in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue score,clinical symptom and sign score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased,while the treatment scores evaluated by the Japanese Orthopaedic Association and the summary scale scores of 36 health investigations increased after treatment,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).There were significant differences in visual analogue scale,Japanese Orthopaedic Association scores,the 36-item short form health,clinical symptoms and signs score,TCM syndrome between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05);The clinical efficacy of two groups of patients showed that the total effective rate of the control group was 83.87%,and the treatment group was 93.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Shujin Tongluo granule combined with Mecobalamin tablet can repair neurological function,relieve pain and numbness,improve cervical vertebra function,change the quality of life,and good clinical effect has been obtained.
