| Objective:To explore the predictive effect of PLR,related electrolytes and HCY on the occurrence of post-stroke depression(PSD),so as to provide a theoretical basis for the early prevention, treatment and disease management of PSD.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,133 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to the Department of Neurology,Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College were included.Venous blood was drawn on an empty stomach in the morning of the second day after admission, and the general and blood biochemical data of the patients were included. The patients were followed up for 3 months and divided into PSD group and N-PSD group according to the diagnostic criteria of poststroke depression Factor Logistic regression model was used to analyze the factors related to PSD,and ROC curve was used to evaluate the predictive value of platelet/lymphocyte ratio combined with related electrolytes and HCY for PSD.Results:A total of 133 patients were enrolled and 56(42.11%)had PS D.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that, the independent r isk factors for PSD were chloride ion>104.90mmol/L(OR=3.884,95%CI 1.259-11.978,P=0.018),PLR≥148.72(OR=3.278,95%CI 1.558-6.895,P=0.002),N IHSS>3(OR=1.986,95%CI 0.404-4.946,P=0.010)and Hcy≥16.8μmol/L(OR=2.667,95%CI 1.291-5.507,P<0.008)were independent risk factors for PSD.ROC curve analysis showed that PLR combined with related electrolytes a nd Hcy had the highest predictive value, with an area under the curve of0.733,a sensitivity of 44.60%,and a specificity of 89.60%.Conclusions:The increased levels of PLR and Hcy and the high levels of serum chloride were the independent risk factors for PSD,the predictive value of PSD was higher in the two combinations than in the single combination, and the predictive value of PSD was higher in the combination of the three. |
