Research On The Equity Investment Decision Of H Hospital By G Venture Capital Fund

The development of venture capital fund in China is still in the initial stage,but its development has broadened the financing channels of small and medium-sized enterprises in China,and has become an important investment and financing tool in the capital market.At the same time,venture capital also has the characteristics of low liquidity,high degree of information asymmetry,long cycle and high industry entry threshold,so venture capital funds should make a comprehensive analysis and judgment on the feasibility of the invested projects when making investment in specific projects.In this paper,G Venture Capital Fund was selected as the research object,and the investment project of G Venture Capital Fund in H Hospital was taken as a specific case to conduct a feasibility study.Specifically,on the basis of detailed analysis of the basic situation of G Venture Capital Fund and H Hospital,this paper discusses the feasibility of investment from four perspectives: macro environment,industry environment,internal environment of the enterprise and investment income forecast.Through the analysis of the macro environment,it can be found that the development of China’s basic medical security system plays a driving role in the medical market,and the advancement of urbanization and the increasingly significant trend of population aging have promoted the development and upgrading of China’s medical consumption.Through the analysis of the medical industry environment,we can understand that China’s medical market,especially the private hospital market has a strong development potential;Also through the analysis,it is proved that the hospital has a good management foundation and a huge development potential.This paper further designs the specific investment scheme and carries on the prediction and analysis of the investment income.The content of the specific investment scheme includes the prerequisites for the implementation of the investment before the formal completion of the investment,the specific core terms of the investment,as well as the relevant post-investment management design and the possible exit method estimation of the project after the completion of the investment.At the same time also on possible risk,including possible risks in the process of hospital management,industry characteristics and H hospital the risk of financial system,engineering procedures incomplete the risk of and problems existing equity generation hold H hospital may lead to the analysis of the risk are discussed and control measures.On the one hand,this paper discusses and analyzes the macro environment,industry development and the internal of the target enterprise;on the other hand,through the design of specific investment scheme and the calculation of the expected income under the scheme,the feasibility of G Venture Capital Fund investing in H Hospital project is demonstrated in detail.In addition,the estimation of investment risk also provides guidance for the project implementation of G Ventures.In general,the research in this paper provides important reference opinions for the successful implementation of G Ventures’ projects,and it is expected to provide ideas and methods for the development of similar projects in other enterprises.
