Objective: By comparing the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of chemical exfoliation combined with red blue light and chemical exfoliation alone or red blue light in the treatment of acne vulgaris, the effectiveness and safety of chemical exfoliation combined with red blue light in the treatment of acne are discussed, providing the basis for clinical application. Methods: A total of 90 acne patients admitted to the dermatology acne clinic of our hospital from October 2020 to June 2022 who met the inclusion criteria were collected and divided into 3 groups with 30 cases in each group.Group A(chemical exfoliation treatment group): the new compound acid treatment was used once a week for 4 consecutive weeks, and then changed to once every 2 weeks, namely once at the 6th,8th,10 th and 12 th weeks, for a total of 12 weeks;Group B(red and blue light irradiation treatment group): red light wavelength 630 nm,blue light wavelength 415 nm,light source 10 ~ 15 cm away from face,20 minutes each time, twice a week, each interval greater than 48 hours,a total of 12 weeks of treatment;Group C(chemical exfoliation combined with red and blue light irradiation treatment group): 24 hours after chemical exfoliation treatment(method and course of treatment were the same as group A),red and blue light treatment(dose and course of treatment were the same as group B)was continued for 12 weeks.During treatment, patients in each group were given vistamine ester capsules orally: 50 mg each time,3 times a day,for consecutive 4 weeks, and the dosage was reduced to 50 mg each time,2 times a day in the 5th week.Recombinant human acid fibroblast growth factor was applied externally after each chemical exfoliation and/or after red and blue light treatment.Grade 4 scores,Acne-Qol-19 scale scores and VISIA percentile scores were calculated before treatment and at week4,week 8 and week 12 after treatment, and adverse reactions were recorded. At the same time, the clinical efficacy of group A,B and C after treatment was compared, and the recurrence of the three groups was observed after 1month’s follow-up.SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used for data collection and statistical analysis. Results: Comparing the data of age, sex, disease course and disease grade of A,B and C,all of them were P > 0.05,and there was no significant difference between them. After 4 weeks, the grade 4 scores of group A,B and C were lower than those before treatment, but there was no statistical significance(P >0.05).The total effective rate was not significantly different between the 3groups(P > 0.05).The score of Acne-Qol-19 scale increased compared with that before treatment, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 8 weeks, the grade 4 scores of group A,B,C were lower than those before treatment, and there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05).The total effective rate was not significantly different between the 3 groups(P > 0.05).The score of Acne-Qol-19 scale increased significantly compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of therapy, the grade 4 scores of group A,B and C were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05).The total effective rate in Group C was higher than that in Group A,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of group C was significantly higher than that of group A and group C was significantly higher than that of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of Acne-Qol-19 scale increased significantly compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks, the percentile scores of pores and porphyrin in group A,B and C were significantly higher than those before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The differences among the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Follow-up for 1 month after the end of treatment, the recurrence rate of group A,B and C was analyzed, and group C was significantly reduced compared with group A and group C compared with group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The curative effect of chemical exfoliation combined with red and blue light on acne was superior to that of chemical exfoliation or red-blue treatment. After 8 ~ 12 weeks of therapy, the Acne-Qol-19 scores of the patients were significantly different. The combination of chemical exfoliation and red-blue-ray therapy is an effective and low relapse rate.
