Three Cases Of Metabolic Encephalopathy With Stroke-like Onset

Objective To explore and summarize the diagnosis experience of metabolic encephalopathy with stroke onset.Methods Three cases of stroke-like onset were followed up and analyzed.Finally,the data of patients with metabolic encephalopathy of different etiology were identified,and the clinical examination and diagnosis data were obtained.Results Three patients were diagnosed as hepatic encephalopathy,mitochondrial encephalomyopathy with hyperlactic acidemia and stroke-like seizures(MELAS),and metabolic encephalopathy with mitochondrial dysfunction caused by high calcium and parathyroid hormone.Conclusion The occurrence of metabolic encephalopathy of different etiology is not rare,and it is easy to be misdiagnosed in the early stage,so it is necessary to improve the recognition.
