ObjectiveThe aim is to study the specific efficacy of Qing-Heat and Anti-Geeling Tang on common psoriasis(blood-heat evidence)by observing the changes in PASI scores,DLQI scores,VAS scores and TCM evidence scores of psoriasis patients before and after treatment, and to discuss them in depth.MethodsSixty-four patients with common psoriasis(blood heat evidence)who attended outpatient clinics between February 2021 and January 2022 and met the inclusion criteria for Western medicine and Chinese medicine were selected and divided into two groups of32 patients each according to the random number table method.A total of 60 patients completed the clinical trial, excluding those who dropped out for various reasons during the study. In the treatment group(i.e.the "heat-clearing and mange-eliminating soup group"),30 patients took 200 ml of Chinese herbal granules orally in the morning and 200 ml of boiled water in the evening, and took them warmly 30 minutes before meals. In the control group(i.e.the "compound Qing Dai capsule group"),30 patients took four capsules three times a day orally before meals.8 weeks was considered as a treatment cycle, and the treatment effect of patients was evaluated every 4 weeks;based on the "Guiding Principles for Clinical Research on New Chinese Medicines(for trial implementation)",the data of the two groups were collated and the patients were treated with SPSS26.0 software.SPSS26.0software was used for statistical analysis to compare the PASI scores,DLQI scores,VAS scores and TCM evidence scores of the two groups of patients before and after the treatment respectively.Results1.General conditions: Before and after treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of age, gender and duration of disease(P>0.05),and infection,as the main factor of morbidity, accounted for 36.7% of their total pathogenicity;there was no statistically significant difference between the indicators of the two groups(P>0.05),and the indicators were somewhat comparable to each other.2.Observation indicators:(1)PASI score: compared with the pre-treatment period, the treatment and control groups were compared within and between groups after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment cycles respectively,P<0.05,and the treatment group was better than the control group, indicating that the efficacy of Qing-Heat and Anti-Frizzling Tang was more significant in improving the area of psoriasis lesions and the severity of the disease.(2)DLQI scores: There were significant differences between the two groups after 4weeks and 8 weeks of treatment, both statistically significant, showing that the two regimens were effective in improving patients’ quality of life, but the treatment group had better efficacy.(3)VAS scores: The scores of patients in both groups were significantly lower after 4and 8 weeks of treatment compared with those before treatment, with statistical differences(P<0.05).This indicates that both groups were able to effectively relieve the patients’ symptoms of itching and discomfort, and the treatment group was more effective.(4)The TCM syndrome score showed that after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment, both the treatment group and the control group were able to improve the syndrome score of Blood-Heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris, and the improvement of the syndrome in the treatment group compared with the control group was obvious and statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the Qing-Heat and Anti-Feeling Soup was more significant than the Compound Qing Dai Capsule in improving the TCM syndrome of patients.3.Clinical efficiency rate: After 8 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the Qing-He and Anti-Geeling Tang group(i.e.the treatment group)was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the compound Qing-Dai capsule group(i.e.the control group)was 63.33%;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),which showed that the treatment group had better efficacy.ConclusionFor patients with common psoriasis(blood-heat evidence),the therapeutic effect of Qing-Heat and Mange Elimination Soup is better and has less side effects,so it has some clinical promotion value.
