Objective:Sleep disorders can occur after stroke for a various of reason,in this study,patients were treated different frequency of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment in 09:00-10:00 am,The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score and self-rating depression scal(SDS),basic activities of daily living(BADL)as the main assessment method,Method:According to the discharge criteria set in this study,107 patients were selected from the Department of Neurology of Guangzhou Xinhai Hospital from January 2022to December 2022.Patients were randomized to receive different frequencies r TMS,including 20 in the blank group(sham stimulation treatment frequency 0Hz),17 with depression,30 in the control group 1(low frequency,treatment frequency1Hz),and 15 with depression.27 in control group2(high frequency,treatment frequency 1.5Hz),16 with depression.30 in control group3(high frequency group,treatment frequency 2Hz),18 with depression.All patients completed the treatment at09:00 to 10:00 in the course of 14-16 days.All patients received PSQI score,SDS score and BADL score assess before and after treatment,and the measurement data were calculated by SPSS 26,reflected by mean,square difference,t-test,count data displayed by percentage,χ~2square test,P<0.05 had statistical significance.Results:1 Improvement of insomnia,1Hz r TMS treatment was effective in 23 cases and7 cases ineffective,effective rate 76.67%.1.5Hz r TMS was effective in 10 cases and17cases ineffective,with an effective rate of 37.04%.2Hz r TMS treatment was effective in 6 cases,and 24 cases ineffective,20%effective.0Hz r TMS treatment was effective in 1 cases and 19 cases ineffective with 5%effective rate.The difference between 1Hz r TMS and 1.5Hz r TMS was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in 2Hz versus 0Hz(P>0.05).2.In terms of improving depression,1Hz r TMS treatment was effective in 1case and 14 cases,with an effective rate of 6.7%.1.5Hz r TMS was effective in 0 cases,16 cases ineffective,effective rate was 0%.2Hz r TMS effective 5 cases,invalid 13cases,effective efficiency of 9.1%.0Hz r TMS treatment was effective in 0 cases,but ineffective in 17 cases,with an effective rate of 0%.2Hz versus 0Hz,The difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05.)3.There was no difference in basic living activity scores before and after treatment in all groups.Conclusion:1,ALL 1Hz,1.5Hz and 2Hz r TMS treatment can lower the PSQI score,that have obvious effect on improving insomnia;2,It is safe and effective to receive r TMS treatment from 9 am to10 am.High-frequence r TMS treatment has a tendency to improve insomnia.3,The score of PSQI component in patients with insomnia after stroke is the highest for sleep disorders.The r TMS can significantly improve the subjective sleep disorders.4,The 2Hz r TMS treatment improves PSD.
