[Objective]1.The distribution characteristics of clinical data(gender, age, smoking history,CEA,CA19-9)in patients with different immune scores(CD3+T,CD8+T cells)were understood through the statistics of cases included in the immune score study.2.To explore the correlation between immune score and TNM stage.3.To investigate whether immune score can be used as an effective prognostic indicator for patients with gastric cancer.[Methods]Fifty-nine patients with gastric cancer(including 59 cases of cancer tissue and paired adjacent tissue)were retrospectively analyzed in Bao ’an District People’s Hospital of Shenzhen City from January 2014 to December 2019.Immunohistochemical method(S-P)was used to identify the density of CD3+T and CD8+T cells in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissues, and the distribution characteristics were roughly understood. The Case Viewer image analysis system was used to calculate the cell density statistically, and then the immune score was performed based on the quantitative density of CD3+T and CD8+T cells.Furthermore, the distribution characteristics of clinical data(gender, age, smoking history,CEA,CA19-9)in patients with different immune scores(CD3+T,CD8+T cells)were understood, and the correlation between immune scores and traditional TNM staging was discussed. Finally, this study explored the relationship between immune score and disease-free survival of patients with gastric cancer, and explored whether immune score(CD3+T,CD8+T cells)could be used as an effective prognostic indicator for patients with gastric cancer.[Results]1.The immune score and TNM staging data of patients with TNM stage I,II and III were analyzed, and the scatter plot was drawn to visually observe the positive correlation distribution of the immune score of patients with different stages(IS=0-4),and the R2 value was calculated by Pearson correlation coefficient, which was 0.7383,greater than0.5.It was suggested that there was a correlation between the immunization score and TNM stage in patients with TNM stage I,II and III.The higher the immunization score, the lower the TNM stage.2.The immune score was performed by the density of CD3+T and CD8+T cells evaluated in CT and IM.The Kaplan-Meier curve was obtained by R language processing based on IS and DFS to observe the significant difference in survival time between patients in different groups. The R value was obtained by multivariate Cox proportional risk model indicating the correlation between IS and DFS.P value < was calculated by logarithmic rank test.0.05 was statistically significant. The group with low and high immune scores had better prognosis, suggesting that immune scores had a certain value in evaluating the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.[Conclusion]1.There was a correlation between immune score and TNM stage in gastric cancer patients with TNM stage I,II and III,suggesting that immune score may be an indicator to evaluate the degree of tumor invasion or progression.2.Immune scores(CD3+T,CD8+T cells)in patients with gastric cancer were correlated with disease-free survival, suggesting that immune scores have a certain value in evaluating the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.
