| Objective: To understand the development of family beds in Longgang District during the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,summarize the characteristics of family bed service during the epidemic,and provide new ideas for community health services.To understand the awareness and willingness of community residents to carry out home bed service during the epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia,and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for carrying out home bed service during the epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia.Method: The research method is a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods.Using the method of retrospective investigation and SPSS 13.0 statistical software,the basic situation and diagnostic diseases of patients in family beds established by 37 community health service centers in Longgang District of Shenzhen from January to April 2019 and January to April 2020 were summarized and compared.Sampling survey method is adopted,200 community residents aged 18 and above in Cuihu community of Longgang District Second People’s hospital were selected for questionnaire survey.All the data were entered into Excel software,and the questionnaire results of 200 residents in 10 communities near Longgang District Second People’s hospital were statistically analyzed using SPSS13.0 statistical software.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 50 community nurses and 60 community doctors in the Community Health Service Center of the Second People’s Hospital of Longgang District,Shenzhen.All data were entered into Excel software,s PSS13.0 statistical software was used to analyze the questionnaire results of medical and nursing staff in the community health service center of the Second People’s Hospital of Longgang District,China,and conduct in-depth interviews,s WOT analysis was used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of home-based care during novel coronavirus pneumonia.Results: The number of family beds established from January to April 2019 and January to April 2020 was 98 and 141,respectively,with an increase rate of 43.88%.There was a large increase in the number of beds.There was no statistical difference between gender and age on the impact of the epidemic.The impact of the epidemic on the composition of diseases was statistically significant.The diseases that accounted for the first place in family beds were musculoskeletal diseases,accounting for 31.63% and 34.04%respectively,The second is gynecological and obstetric diseases and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases。This survey of 200 residents in 10 communities near the second people’s Hospital of Longgang District shows that there are still quite a few residents who do not know about family bed services.Patients who know about family bed services or have received family bed services are more willing to accept family bed services.The willingness of family bed services is related to the occupation,family economic income and knowledge of family bed services of community residents.In this survey,50 nurses and 60 doctors from the community medical institution of Longgang Second People’s Hospital said that they were willing to carry out home bed service during the epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia.They believed that home bed service could bring convenience to many community residents and patients,but there were still many shortcomings in carrying out it,which needed to be strengthened and improved by relevant departments.Conclusion: To avoid the risk of hospital-acquired infection,patients were more willing to accept home bed service during the outbreak.Diseases of the musculoskeletal system and of the obstetrics and gynaecology system in the type of home bed services increased during the outbreak.During the epidemic,a considerable part of the community residents did not know about home bed service.The relevant departments should strengthen the construction of home bed service and increase the publicity of home bed service,make the family sickbed service develop fully in the community health service.Patients who are aware of home bed service or have received home bed service are more likely to receive home bed service,as well as the willingness of home bed service and the occupation of community residents,family income and awareness of family hospital bed service were related.During the covid-19 epidemic,the doctors and nurses think it is feasible to carry out home bed service,and they are willing to provide home bed service.However,due to the lack of medical technology,the medical safety risk is relatively high,i hope the relevant departments can provide more training to improve the level of medical technology,and formulate relevant policies and measures to ensure the safety of medical staff. |
