Anxiety Disorder(Anxiety Disorder)is a common mental Disorder in children,which is characterized by psychological stress leading to behavioral problems.In recent years,parents,teachers and psychotherapists have paid more and more attention to the negative effects of anxiety disorder on children’s physical and mental health.The core symptom of children with anxiety disorder is the problem of emotion management and social interaction,which makes their own development,teachers teaching,family life are facing severe challenges.A large number of studies have shown that anxiety disorder children’s emotional management and social skills are defective.At present,there are few researches on the emotion management ability and social communication ability of anxiety disorder children in China.Previous studies have shown that Adler play therapy and exercise training have better effects on the emotional management and social interaction ability of children with anxiety disorders,but there are few comprehensive intervention studies on the combination of the two.In this study,Adler play therapy combined with parent-child sports on the intervention of anxiety disorders in children,the study was divided into two experiments.In study 1,50 children with anxiety disorder were selected as experimental group and 50 normal children as control group.The Chinese version of the emotional intelligence scale and the comprehensive diagnostic scale of interpersonal relationship were used as research tools,to test the difference of emotion management and social communication between the two groups of children,and to explore the impairment of emotion management and social management of anxiety disorder children after comparing the test data.The first study found that the total score of the emotional intelligence scale for the normal group was significantly higher than that of the anxiety disorder group,and the total score of the interpersonal relationship scale for the normal group was significantly lower than that of the anxiety disorder group,this means that children with anxiety disorders have significantly impaired emotional management and social skills.In the second study,two children with anxiety disorders were selected as subjects,and they were treated with Adler games and parent-child exercise training,to investigate the positive effects of these two therapies on emotion management and social communication ability of children with anxiety disorders.In study 2,a total of 12 sessions of Adler play therapy and parent-child exercise training were conducted.The play therapy was mainly performed by therapists,and parent-child exercise was an auxiliary treatment,it is mainly carried out in collaboration with parents.Study 2 found that Adler play therapy combined with parent-child exercise significantly improved the emotional management and social interaction of children with anxiety disorders,it is of great practical significance for the intervention and treatment of children’s anxiety disorder.To sum up,the emotional management and social interaction ability of children with anxiety disorders are obviously impaired,Adler play therapy combined with exercise training can significantly improve the emotion management and social interaction ability of children with anxiety disorders,which is of great significance to the treatment of children with anxiety disorders.
