ObjectiveTo understand the level of fear of movement of patients with kinesiophobia after meniscus plasty,to explore the effect of progressive muscle relaxation training combined with acupoint massage on the level of fear of movement, pain level, knee joint function and other aspects of patients with kinesiophobia after meniscus plasty, and to explore nursing methods that are simple and easy to operate, high safety and low side effects by evaluating the clinical effect, for meniscus plasty kinesiophobia patients with nursing intervention to provide new ideas.Method1.According to the principle of simple randomization,70 patients with kinesiophobia after the first meniscus plasty were selected from the Department of Sports Medicine of a first-class tertiary hospital in Lanzhou City from December 2021 to February 2023,35 in the control group and 35 in the experimental group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given progressive muscle relaxation training combined with acupoint massage on the basis of routine nursing.2.Those who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria shall collect supplementary general data, and the scores of kinesiophobia and pain of patients after meniscus plasty were evaluated using the tampa scale of kinesiophobia and the visual analogue scale simulation scale before intervention, the first day after intervention, the fifth day after intervention, and the day of discharge; The patient’s knee joint function score was evaluated by the American knee association score scale on the day of discharge.3.Use by SPSS21.0 software to analyze the data. The measurement data were described with mean±standard deviation, and t-test,rank sum test and analysis of variance were used;Use frequency(%)description of counting data, using chi-square test;Inspection levelα=0.05,with P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Results1.A total of 70 patients with kinesiophobia after meniscus plasty were included in this study,35 in the test group and 35 in the control group.During the study,3 patients in the test group fell off,and 2 patients in the control group fell off, with a dropout rate of about 7.14%.Finally,65 patients with kinesiophobia after meniscus plasty were actually included in this study, including 32 patients in the test group and 33 patients in the control group. The average age of patients in this study was(67.03±8.26)years old,and the average BMI was(25.09±2.88)kg/cm~2,with women accounting for 66.10%;The Han ethnic group accounted for 86.20%,and married people accounted for 89.20%.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the scores of kinesiophobia, pain and other baseline data before intervention(P>0.05).2.Comparison of kinesiophobia scores between the test group and the control group:the changes of TSK scores of patients in the two groups before intervention,on the first day after intervention,on the fifth day after intervention, and on the day of discharge were analyzed by repeated measurement variance. The results showed that there were time effects,inter-group effects and interaction effects between the two groups after intervention; There was no statistically significant difference in TSK scores between the test group and the control group before intervention and on the first day after intervention(P>0.05).The TSK scores of the test group on the fifth day after intervention and on the day of discharge were lower than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of knee joint function score between the test group and the control group:KSS score of the test group was higher than that of the control group on the day of discharge, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of pain scores between the test group and the control group:the changes of VAS scores of patients in the two groups before intervention, the first day after intervention, the fifth day after intervention, and the day of discharge were analyzed by repeated measurement variance. The results showed that there were time effect,inter-group effect and interaction effect between the two groups after intervention; There was no statistically significant difference in VAS score between the test group and the control group before intervention and on the first day after intervention(P>0.05).The VAS score of the test group on the fifth day after intervention and on the day of discharge was lower than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionProgressive muscle relaxation training combined with acupoint massage can reduce the level of fear of movement in patients with kinesiophobia after meniscus plasty, reduce pain,It is conducive to early functional exercise and promote the recovery of knee joint function.
