Analysis Director Li Shengcai’s Experience In Treating Active Duodenal Ulcer Based On Data Mining

Objective:Data mining technology was used to sort out the medical records of the treatment of active Duodenal ulcer(DU)by Director Li Shengcai,Cases were analyzed through Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computer System(V3.0),and the drug use characteristics of active DU were obtained,so as to inherit academic ideas and clinical experience,and to provide more ideas for the treatment of active DU by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The medical records of active DU that have been effectively diagnosed and treated in the tutor’s clinic from December 2021 to December 2022 were collected,and after standardized processing,the "data analysis" function in the system was used to conduct frequency statistics,association rule analysis and cluster analysis of the data from multiple perspectives such as symptoms,syndrome type distribution,drug taste and combination,and combined with the tutor’s understanding of active DU.The treatment experience was analyzed and summarized.Results:This study involved 208 cases,and found that the incidence of DU in active period was higher in males than in females,and the highest incidence was between 30 and 55 years old.There were 42 kinds of symptoms involved,among which the symptoms with more than 10 frequency were stomach pain,abdominal distension,belching,bitter mouth,acid reflux,dry mouth,hiccup,heartburn,hypochondriac distension,and halitosis.There are 14 kinds of tongue images involved,the most common 6 kinds of tongue images are red tongue thin yellow,light red tongue thin white,red tongue yellow greasy,red tongue white,little red tongue,red tongue thin white;There are 9 kinds of pulse,among which chordal pulse,chordal pulse and slow pulse are the most common.Syndrome differentiation of cases is divided into 6 types of syndrome,the most distributed is the syndrome of liver-stomach depression heat,liver-stomach discord and spleen-stomach damp-heat,and the syndrome of stomach Yin deficiency,stomach collateral stasis and spleen-stomach deficiency cold are rare.From the four qi statistics of drugs,the most used drugs are cold drugs and warm drugs;In the distribution of five tastes,bitter drugs appeared the most frequently,followed by occinative drugs.Return to the spleen stomach lung heart liver meridian is more common;Combined with the analysis of drug efficacy and clinical practice,it was found that the most commonly used drugs were heat-clearing drugs and Qi-regulating drugs and phlegm-eliminating drugs for dampness.Through the analysis of the prescription,it was found that the drugs with high frequency of use were: fried white peony,licorice,Fructus aurantii,coptis chinensis,Mangnolia officinalis,dandelion,fried Raphani seed,Tangerine peel,etc;Through cluster analysis,3 core drug combinations were obtained.Further integration of core drug combinations resulted in 3 candidate new prescriptions.Conclusion: Through the analysis of the results of the study,it was found that in the active period of tutor treatment DU,Clearing dampness and heat,soothing liver and regulating qi was the major method.In view of the different emphasis on stagnation of qi and heat,drugs such as Radix scutellaria,bamboo shavings,Eupatorium fortunei,rhizoma atractylodis,Thunbergii,fingered citron,dried ginger and other drugs are often added to the basic drug combination.The principles of differentiation and treatment of the tutor include:mutual reference between Chinese and Western medicine,combined prescription group of treatment and treatment,and the characteristics of drug treatment are cold and warm and Xin to open bitterness and relieve pain.
