| Objective: In this study,through the application of traditional Chinese medicine rubbing combined with Bohm light and illumination therapy in patients with vulvar leukoplakia,the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine rubbing combined with Bohm light and illumination therapy on patients with vulvar leukoplakia was observed,in order to provide a new idea and reference for the nursing of clinical patients with vulvar leukoplakia through simple and safe methods.Methods: In this study,128 patients with vulvar leukoplakia conforming to the natrium standard were divided into 4 groups by random number table method,namely control group,traditional Chinese medicine rubbing group,wave light group and combination group,32 cases in each group,the control group received routine nursing,and the traditional Chinese medicine rubbing group was given routine nursing.The prepared white spot paste of vulva was applied to the diseased parts of vulva according to the standard operation process.The Bohm light therapy was applied to the Bohm light therapy on the basis of routine care in the Bohm light therapy group,and the combination group was applied to the traditional Chinese medicine rubbing combined with Bohm light therapy on the basis of routine care,twice a day.All the four groups were intervened for 14 days.The clinical signs and symptoms score(Cattaneo),visual analog pain score(VAS),and quality of life index of vulva disease(VQLI)of the four groups of patients were observed and compared before and after intervention,and the adverse reactions of the patients were observed,and the data of the four groups of patients before and after intervention were collected.All data were analyzed using SPSS25.0 software.Results:1.There were no significant differences in baseline data,Cattaneo score,VAS score and VQLI score among the first four intervention groups(P>0.05),the studies were comparable.2.Comparison of clinical signs and symptoms of Cattaneo:(1)Intra-group comparison:(1)Itching degree: There were statistically significant differences between the four groups before and after intervention(P<0.05);(2)Skin elasticity: There were statistical differences in skin elasticity scores between the four groups before and after intervention(P<0.05);(3)Skin color: Except the control group,the skin color scores of the other three groups before and after intervention were statistically different(P<0.05);(4)Lesion range: There were statistical differences in lesion range scores among the four groups before and after intervention(P<0.05);(2)Comparison between groups:(1)Itching degree: After intervention,there were statistical differences in itching degree scores among the four groups(P<0.05).Pairwise comparison between groups showed no statistical differences between the traditional Chinese medicine rubbing group and the Bohm light group(P>0.05),while there were statistical differences between the other groups(P<0.05).(2)Skin elasticity:Skin elasticity: After intervention,there were statistical differences in skin elasticity scores among the four groups(P<0.05).Pairwise comparison among groups showed no statistical differences between the Boehm light group and the control group(P>0.05).There were statistical differences in the others(P<0.05).(3)Skin color: After intervention,there were statistical differences in skin color scores among the four groups(P<0.05),Pairwise comparison among groups showed no statistical differences between the combination group and the Bohm light group(P>0.05),and there were statistical differences among the others(P<0.05).(4)Lesion range: After intervention,there were statistical differences in lesion range scores among the four groups(P<0.05).Pairwise comparison among groups showed no statistical differences between the traditional Chinese medicine rubbing group and the Bohm light group(P>0.05),while there were statistical differences between the others(P<0.05).3Clinical efficacy: The total effective rate was 60.0% in the control group,80.6% in the traditional Chinese medicine rubbing group,77.4% in the Bohm light group and 96.7% in the combination group,and there were statistical differences among the four groups(P<0.05).4.Comparison of VAS scores:(1)Intra-group comparison: VAS scores between the four groups were statistically different before and after intervention(P<0.05);(2)Comparison between groups: After intervention,VAS scores were statistically different among the four groups(P<0.05).Pairwise comparison between groups showed no statistically significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine rubbing and the Bohm light group(P>0.05),while there were statistically significant differences between other groups(P<0.05).5.Comparison of VQLI scores:(1)Intra-group comparison: Except the control group,VQLI scores of the other three groups before and after intervention were statistically different(P<0.05);(2)Inter-group comparison: After intervention,VQLI scores were statistically different among the four groups(P<0.05),and pairwise between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.All the three intervention methods can relieve the degree of vulvar pruritus in patients with vulvar leukoplakia,and the combined intervention effect is the best.The intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine rubbing is equivalent to that of Bohm light therapy;2.All the three intervention methods can improve the elasticity of the vulvar skin in patients with leukoplakia,and the combined intervention effect is the best.The intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine rubbng is better than that of Bohm light therapy;3.All the three intervention methods can improve the vulvar skin color of patients with leukoplakia,and the combined intervention effect is equivalent to that of Bohm light therapy,and the effect of both is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine rubbing;4.All the three intervention methods can improve the range of vulvar lesions in patients with leukoplakia,and the combined intervention effect is the best.The intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine rubbing is equivalent to that of Bohm light therapy;5.In terms of clinical efficacy,the effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the other three groups,and the combined intervention had the best effect;6.All the three intervention methods can relieve the pain of patients with leukoplakia of vulva,and the combined intervention effect is the best.The intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine rubbing is equivalent to that of Bohm light therapy;7.The three intervention methods can all improve the quality of life of patients with vulvar leukoplakia,and the combined intervention effect is the best.The intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine rubbing is better than that of Bohm light therapy;8.Traditional Chinese medicine rubbing combined with Bohm light therapy can improve vulvar pruritus,skin elasticity,skin color,lesion range,pain and quality of life in patients with vulvar leukoplakia.It is simple to operate and easy to be accepted by patients,which has the value of further clinical promotion and application. |
