Exploration And Application Of Body And Thought In Auxiliary Verse Medication To Viscera

Objective:To study the treatment theory of body and use in Fuxing Jue,in order to further deepen the understanding of Fuxing Jue,to further study the treatment theory of “body practical and use deficiency”,and to summarize the rules of prescription formation,so as to provide reference and guidance for modern TCM clinical practice.Methods:This paper studied the original text of Fuxingjue by the method of philology,compared the differences between different versions,and selected the version in line with my research direction.After studying the original text,I decided to choose the 1965 codex of Fan Zhiliang after comparison.The reasons are detailed in the review.Through in-depth study,the article of Five Zang diseases and formula formulation in Fuxingjue were summarized and studied,and the rules of drug use and formula formulation in Fuxingjue were summarized according to the decoction formula diagram contained in it.Results:At present,there are a total of 135 literatures related to philosophical style and applied view,and 237 literatures related to Fuxingjue,of which 24 are combined and applied view.1.Through reading the above literature,the author sorted out and summarized the syndrome differentiation theory of the five Zang organs and the theory of selecting prescriptions and objects.Combined with the literature related to Fuxingjue and body application theory,the author further explored the syndrome differentiation theory of body application in Fuxingjue and deepened the understanding and comprehension of Fuxingjue.2.The attribution of the five flavors in Fuxingjue to the five Zang organs is different from the current understanding.The unique attribution of the five flavors either comes from the Tang Ye Jing Method or the Huangdi Neijing,which is still under research.3.This paper summarizes the rules of drug use and formulation of all the prescriptions in Fuxingjue except “evil formula in saving the death”,and verifies the formula formulation rules shown in the diagram of decoction,that is,almost all the prescriptions in this book are made in strict accordance with the formula formulation rules of the diagram.Conclusions:1.The combination of body theory,application theory and yin-yang theory has gradually been introduced into the category of traditional Chinese medicine.Combined with the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,it serves the theory of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,enriching the theory of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine and worthy of in-depth study.2.The syndrome differentiation thought of “body practical deficiency” in the five Zang organs in Fuxingjue is consistent with the prescription,and all have corresponding applicable diseases.If the syndrome differentiation is proper and the prescription and syndrome correspond,the clinical effect is significant.
